first of hi to you im just starting pe,i tried it a bit last year but was too busy but im up for it now

my current stats aint great hence me starting pe lol

EL:5.85
EG 4.9

my workout

penis pump which has the weight attachment hook starting at 10 mins up to 45mins after several weeks not sure on how much weight to hang yet

manual stretches via my clamp with weights

stretching during the day via my under clothing stretcher
for 5 hours with 15 mins off every hour


hopefully see some results soon

will keep you posted

well that was 2 years ago and now im back,basically i didnt really get anywhere due to having more and more babies lol

anyway ive gone and purchased a jes extender delux off scambay,so im trying that now

currently using it for around 4.5 hours a day (1st week of use )
aswell as some A stretches and jelqs

started at 5.85el so lets see how we do this time,and im sticking to it this time lol

talking about bringing up the past

im back after last time didnt last long,been busy with work and kids but gonna give it a big shot now

the jes extender was way too painful last time so ive now got a wrap and its been ok ,

anyone rec that i use my hanging pump aswell as the jes extender or will that be too much???

Hello and welcome to the world of pe. I'm curious, what's the name of the "under clothing stretcher" that you use?

Started a new log last night on here and forgot I had this old one, never really stuck properly with PE so didn't really gain anything

anyway currently

Starting Roughly

EL : 5.75-5.85"
EG :4.9 - 5"

Goals

EL : 7.5"
EG :6"

I'm really hoping the above is achievable, anyone starting small and gaining would be my heroes

Current workout as of today

30 mins manual stretches
30 mins of v stretches

Bathmate 3 x 5
Jelq inbetween 3 x 3

Jelqs outside of that time around 200
kegals around 300

1-3 hrs in ego booster (ads )

Have got a jes extender but struggle to keep in it without pain or slippage

Any advice to get me to my goal would be appreciated guys
