Well, today is the day. I've just lost 80 lbs and feel great, and now it's time to put some of that weight back on. ;) I've got a ROP made by Supra himself, and now I'm going out to get a ruler and a hair remover. One quick question. What do you guys do to remove hair. I've never shaved down there, but I'm thinking that Penis Enlargement is going to be painful if I don't get rid of the bush. Other than that, I'm set to go. I'll come back with my measurements later tonight. Wish me luck, and I plan on contributing quite a bit to this board from now on.

Congradulations on the weight loss! I lost 50 last year so I know how good that feels. I don't think having pubes affects Penis Enlargement but anyways, I just use a beard trimmer to keep everthing trimmed. I use a razor on my balls and occasionallyshave everyhing. If you do shave, DO NOT GO AGAINST THE GRAIN. You will itch and burn like mad and get ingrown hairs. I'm sure everyone will support me on that one. Good luck with everything.
 
Yeah, I just shaved the upper part of my shaft and some at the base for the first time. I went against the grain and it was VERY uncomfortable. I actually got ingrown/pimple type things. Be careful.
 
Well, I just measured for my starting stats. I'm not going to record my flaccid stats because they vary too much. Here they are.

BPenis EnlargementL: 6.5" x 4.5"

NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.0" x 4.5" ( I need to lose more weight)

Well, I might have lost 80 lbs, but I still have 40 more to go. (Yea, I was a big fatass, I know.) Anyways, I still have a pretty large fat pad around the penis. Hopefully, that will disappear with the weight loss. Anyone have experience with this?

I was actually thinking that my BPenis EnlargementL would be less. I'm happy to know that I'm average. I thought I was less, but that's because of my fat pad. However, that girth pisses me off. I knew I was pretty skinny, but damn. Would a goal of 8" x 6" be too much? I think I could definately hit the length, but the girth might be hard. Thoughts and comments please.
 
Nah thats a reasonable goal. Some people around here have gained 2 inch in girth. Yes the fat pad does shrink when u lose weight. I was 255 this time last year and by the end of june I was 205. I went from slightly over 5 to 6 in about 5 months. So it makes a big difference. I think it's like 1/2 inch for every 20 pounds or somethin. I dunno.
 
DHGroove I think with dedicated work you can reach that goals with no problem at all. Well it won't happen so quick as you would wish. Congratulations on your weight loss also. Your goals look very cliched lol, but what do I complain they are exactly the same as mine. I'll see you there. Good luck.

Make that 82 lbs now. Anyways, I have done many things, 2000 cal diet, Atkins, South Beach, work out. But the main thing is that I've stuck with it. I switch my eating habits to keep things interesting and to break through walls. I'm 6' and I weighed 315 (ouch). I started the diet in the middle of October. Now I'm down to 233 (still chunky). The doctor said since I have a huge frame that my ideal wieght is 195. Right now I'm on a 1750 cal diet with lots of fiber and I workout 4-5 times a week. I do mostly cardio with toning exercises. I also do a chest workout to help get rid of man boobs, but I've found that my chest is doing fine with just loosing the weight. I am concerned with the fat pad around my penis though. It really hasn't dissapated that much since my weight loss began. I'm hoping its waiting for last or something. There is still about a 1.5" inch difference from my BPenis EnlargementL and NBPenis EnlargementL.
 
Well, I've been doing the phase 1 exercises for 2 days. God damn, my penis is feelin' it. I didn't realize what a workout is! I think I'm going to develop tendinidous or carpel tunnel by the time I hit my goal ;). Anyways, I have these 3 red/purple spots on my lower shaft on my skin (I'm uncut). I got them after doing the stretch exercise. What are they and is it a good thing or a bad thing?
 
Probably just bruises. I get em all the time especially when i first started. They go away after a while.
 
Wow man, if you can do that well with weight loss, I am sure you will stick with Penis Enlargement until you are satisfied. At six foot and 195 you should be pretty muscular when you reach your weight goal.

Not good or bad really. As long as there is not sharp, shooting pain red marks and bruises happen to the best of us.

well everyone places fat a little differently, so you may not lose anything there, or lose it really quick if you do, you never know
 
In my experience, I think you're gonna find out the high fiber is the key. I am currently on an extremely high fiber diet. In doing so I'm able to eat what I want. The key is to speed up you metabolism using the fiber to do so. Have you heard of people using EX-Lax to lose weight? Same idea but much safer with natural fiber.

This is hilarious. Actually, for the past two weeks, I've been on an extremely high fiber diet as well!! I have 2 servings of Fiber One Cereal in the morning, which already puts me at 120% of dietary fiber. Plus I have 2 sandwhiches a day of the highest fiber bread I can find. All in all, I get about 225% of the daily fiber requirement. I spend about 225% of my day on the toilet as well. ;) Speaking of which, I'll be back in 10 minutes........
 
Sounds like you and I have a lot in common. Three years ago I tipped a pair of scales at almost 400 lbs.

I am now at about 225. Like you my doc says 195 would put me at a good body fat percentage.

Going to a gym has never been something I can stay with, but I have taken up softball. Right now we practice twice a week and our games start up next month. This is something I can stick with and have a good time.

I started out with an atkins diet and dropped the first hundred pounds. I now just watch the simple carbs and eat a lot of fiber. I also avoid prepared and processed foods.

Even with all of the weight loss I still have about 1.5" of fat pad. It was never really much more than that before, but it does not seem to want to go away. Once I get below 200 I hope it will be less. If not I may opt to get it sucked out.
