I was doing a really intense A stretch when I tried hard to go in both directions (left hand up, right hand down & out), when I suffered a bad lig pop. I quit the stretch , waited a few moments, then tried again - when I felt a very sharp pain behind my pubis mound, etc. It hurt like hell (like a jagging pain), and still hurts. Is very sore to the touch. But I'm too damn embarrassed to call doctor. Been icing the area. Going to give it some time.
Yey theirs nuthing more ya can do - sorry to hear about this. Do the ice/hot treatment over and over.
I explained what a Lig pop is [Air thats being moved by the lig] so this is hopefully just a case of ya pulled the lig too far and it had moved into an area not known before..alas it hurts to touch etc.
I wouldnt advise any stretching now for at least 4 weeks or at least 2 and thats of some promise shows - which I am sure will.
Dont stress....this happens to us all in many various forms..mental barriers and blood spots etc etc.
Do the Ice wrap followed by a damn hot wrap . Keep doing this for as long as ya can to the area as much as possible and do not do any exercise to it...also be careful not to go ape shit when having sex and masturbation as that area the lig is in...maybe the lig itself...needs healing and the inflamation to go down from the shock of the thing getting moved.
If pain keeps biting....simply take asprin or other pain relief.
