Hi guys, thanks for the answers, really appreciate it
The reason I want to get rid of them is that they make my penis to look asymmetric. WHile engorging, the ribs are pulling the skin somehow from the spaces in between them and the right side looks curved while the left one is all straight, and it does look really bad. It is affecting me mentally. And when in flaccid, the right side looks like a snake, because of the lumps they create.
As far as I can tell, since they are a consequence of inflammation after stretching, they are not normal tunica tissue, but fibrous tissue that was not there before, so anything anti-fibrotic should help.
Any ideas would be really appreciated.
Thank you guys!
