*Alcohol = bad for blood, you get dehydrated = bloodflow gets slower. *smoking = Smoking is bad, overall slows the growth in your whole body ( ? )... *Weed = Nothing bad exept from the smoking But if you only smoke a joint or two a week, it's chill

I suspect none would be beneficial and all likely have some degree of detrimental effects. I echo the sentiments of Feeble. Pot is likely the least likely to have a negative effect, though the smoke is not good for you.
