I have noticed that on any day that I step up the exercises that afterwards I get quite a bit of shrinkage, especially in the head. This lasts for about 4-6 hours and then the normal flaccid size returns. No bruising. Some puffiness below the glans. Is this indicative of growth for the future? Am I working things too hard?

Not necessarily indicative of future growth, but definitely a sign that you are getting more intense work done. Every time you step up your intensity, you are basically "shocking" your penis tissues. The way they react is to retract or temporarily shrink up.

I don't think this is bad or good. I know for myself when I do an extremely intense session about 15 minutes after my penis can look like a shriveled carrot. This is no reflection on gains or the loss of them. If I measure that evening or have sex my penis is back to normal and sometimes even larger. A good habit to get into after intense sessions is to do the Testicle Health Massage. This will reduce some of these issues and it will increase your hang.

I have to agree.
Its just like after a good workout session. Once the pump goes down, you will flatten out and even shrink a little. RZ and I both agree to this also. The next few days is when the gains really are apparent. I use my ROP and a little manual massage this helps out a lot. Minimal shrinkage if any at all.

Nope!!! LOL.........I was just using the analogy. Of how my body works after a Penis Enlargement woukout. And how similiar it is to a regular workout.
