Ok, so I'm just starting now... please feel free to leave any suggestions as to what may improve my routine or make it more worthwhile...

(8/31/03)
Starting Erect Length - 6"
Starting Erect Girth - ~5"
Goal Erect Length - 7" (preliminary)
Goal Erect Girth - 5.5" (preliminary)

These goals will probably change - once I grow a little, I'm sure I'll want more - there can never be too much of a good thing, right?

Day 1 (8/31) - 50 wet jelqs, 50 sets of DLD blasters
Day 2 (9/01) - 150 wet jelqs, 50 sets of DLD blasters

I picked up baby powder at the store , which seems to be excellent for the blasters. As for the wet jelqs, I count 1 wet jelq to be jelquing out with each hand, pushing forth the blood flow. This is one jelq (as a standard for my routine).

I plan on measuring once a month, to see how my progress is moving along. It's tempting to measure sooner, as after two days of the exercises, I'm already noticing what seems to be increased flaccid length and some lines (stretch marks?) near the base of the shaft. Please leave some feedback. Thanks!

Great job, the hardest part for me is not measuring! I'm thinking about never measuring again, but instead, have my model (a paper towel tube 8.5"x6.5") be my ruler. When I can see my head peeking out of the end of it, my length will be complete. Whenever I can't fit into it anymore, there's the girth. I get wrapped up in numbers so easily, I think this will be a good thing. Also this way nothing will be BP and I can measure the same way every time, so I don't have to worry if I did it exactly the same or not.

Sorry about the rambling, looks like a nice start there, have you decided on kegels yet?

As for the kegels, I've been doing a reverse kegel at the end of each jelq... this way I really feel the stretch as the blood is pushed in. It's a good feeling. For the DLD blasters, I start by stretching it out and doing a bunch of quick kegels (as I believe he put in the exercise description), then work on doing the long kegels and reverse kegels (5 seconds) as I work on the exercise. It sure is tough though.

Maybe when you're doing your jelqs you should kegel when you first start the jelq, then at the end give it a good pull and reverse kegel. Not really sure what this would do, but I know the kegel would inflate your dong a little bit for the girth.

These goals are very attainable. I think you will realize them quicker than you think. I did make some suggestions below on your routine that might help you get there faster.

I have always believed a minimum session of 300 jelqs is important for optimum growth. The Blaster portion looks good, if you bump up the jelqs I think you will have a solid beginners routine. After some time you will want to increase the jelqs again (maybe after a month). It is important to increase intensity as you gain to avoid falling into a plateau.

I took the Jedi Master (of Penis Enlargement) DLD's advice, and upped my jelqs to 300. Pretty amazing how much different it felt than yesterday. I was trying to jelq when I was about 75-90% erect, but it's pretty damn tough. I had up my favorite collection of arousing pictures (courtesy of pornstar finder - search on google) and it was really difficult to keep the erection maintained without feeling that i was jerking off. I guess that's what long years of masturbation does to ya... haha. I'm trying to hold off on that, except for my two off days a week! haha.

Today:

300 Jelqs w/ kegel at start, reverse at end - (3 sets of 100, one set down and to right, one down and to left, one straight out and down)

50 DLD blasters

oh yeah, and after the workout with how everything is looking... very very tempting to measure. but i'm holding off. when should the first measurement take place? 2 weeks? a month?

oabster, there is a fine line between the jelq and the jerk. Find your happy medium and your sessions will be perfect. This does take some practice but in time you will reach this level. Practice...Practice...Practice

I measure flaccid stretched bone pressed daily. This helps me see any sudden jumps in length . This helps me determine if my workout is productive because initial gains show up in a flaccid stretch before any other measurement. I measure for bone pressed erect length maybe once a month.

300 wet jelq, 60 DLD blasters.

The jelqing is getting easier. When I say easier, I don't exactly mean easier on my johnson, I mean that it's easier for me to do it and not have it feel like a chore. I do 100 down and to the left, 100 down and to the right, and 100 straight down and out. At the end of my first few sessions I was kinda bored, and felt like it was a 'daily grind' sort of thing. However, this time I switched it up a little. I keep open some picture viewing material to keep me aroused (mostly softcore asian porn haha) and that solves that part of the problem. Also, when I do my reps, I split it up in the following manner:
50 x left, 50 x right, 100 x center, 50 x right, 50 x left.

That keeps the variation so I don't lose my concentration. I'm really psyched because when it's flaccid right after stretching , it's getting close to as long as when it is erect. I don't know whether I'd prefer in the long run to be a "grower" or a "shower " but as long as the length and girth are there (and thus the confidence) I'll feel great. The stretch marks are driving me crazy! There's like a billion of them, really small, and close together... go almost the entire length of my shaft up to the point where i was circumcized at. Feeling great!

One-day you'll be able to stand erect at high levels for like 1H20m and jelq for the count of 2000 while looking at nude imagery.

Thats the most I used to do.
Now I do 1000 in 30/45 minutes.

I used to do 250 in 1 hour when I started :eek: you'll get ALOT better, you just take ya time.....listen to the body....it knows best most of the time.

Also VISUALIZE and IMAGINE your penis belongs to a porn star, or you have DLD's dick while you jelq, this helps you positive mind and hekpes gains me thinks.

Workout:
300 jelqs (in similar manner - left, right, straight as before)
50 DLD blasters
appx. a minute of the DLD 'pretzel' stretch thing (experimental)

Damn, the stretch where you use your leg was killing me. It gives an amazing stretch , and for some reason I don't lose my grip as quickly as I do when I'm doing the blasters. Maybe my wrists are a little too big (for stretching over) when I'm doing the A-stretch . I took a REDZULU2003's suggestion and visualized myself with DLD's dick, then moved on to Julian's (Jill Kelly's pornstar husband, basically chosen because he looks big and he's doing her - and i wish i could... how's that for rationalization?). By the end of the workout, I was convinced that I was huge. I'll get there.

yeah, and the stretch marks keep comin. also the skin near the base of my shaft is darker in color than the rest... ?
