now that i've figured out what my LOT is...?

Does this sound right?
I pulled up and squeezed my PC muscle and i could feel a little tug then i moved to 11.00 and it was a bit weaker, same with 10.00 and 9.00 (straight out), at 9.00 it was pretty weak but i could still feel it, at 8.00 i could feel nothing. So my LOT is 8.00.
But what does this actually mean? Is it used in some exercises?
I am joining later on tonight so i will probably find out!
Any help is appreciated

If you are using my NEWBIE ROUTINE you do not need to change anything. The theory on your LOT, being at 9:00-8:00, is that it is fairly high and you have much potential in LIG training. LIG work is predominantly below your LOT. Downward stretches will train your ligs.
