Howdy,

I've been doing my girth sessions and my girth goes up 0.2-0.3" after my sessions, Still I haven't seen any growth in girth? I'm always swollen after my sessions. Anyone have any ideas? I'm working my ass off and my dick laughs at me ?:(

I'm the same. I get a 3/8" pump after, but very slow gains. I'm going to go on a mental girth spree for the next month. If that doesn't work, I'm up for trying out this cyclic training thing everyone's talking about.

No, quite the opposite in fact - lots of girth training! (similar to a shopping spree...) :)

Do you guys take any vitamins? I personally believe in vitamin E as a good supplement. E helps with the elasticity of tissues including skin and blood vessels. That's probably not THE answer, but I do think it helps. I take oral vitamin E supplements and use a pure E oil directly on my penis.

how long have you been training your girth? I started mine at the end of August and didnt see any gains until around christmas. Ive seen a .25 girth gain which to me is AWSOME. I am doing 1 day on 1 day off and every 3 weeks of that i'll take like a week off then i get right back to it.

i've been at it since November 1st, And I do take my vitamins :) I'll keep on squeezing it until it grows. I'm doing all from 15 to 45min girth sessions, Mostly Ulis now, before I did dry jelqs alot. Just now in January has it started to become swollen and stuff after my workout so i'll go with it and see what happens, hope for the best :)

my sessions are anywhere from 45min to an hour and i do each excercise while constricted massaging between excercises. I also sometimes use that gengra stuff as it increases my pump to .75 inch post workout. If you started in Nov though, id wait till march for sure and if you dont see anything by then change up your routine.

I thought vit. E was mostly for the skin, but if you're saying it helps you - great :) The only supplement I take is L-Arginine right now, but I do take daily multivits as well.

I've been training girth since I started, doing a 20-30 minute routine for the last 5-6 months. I'm upping that to a 40 minute, 6 on 1 off for the next month or so to see how it goes.

Hangh give the GIRTH BUSTERS a chance I guaranty you will see a difference almost immediately.
