Hey Guys.

I came here from the other site, because I think DLD is proof that this works, so I'd rather support his site.

To my point: I've been doing Penis Enlargement for like 2 weeks now on and off. When I was with my gf a few days ago, my Penis was amazingly thick and whatnot, looked pretty damned good.

BUT, When I stretch , what I do is I stretch in the shower for 2 minutes in each direction (5 total).

Then I do 100 Jelqs.

I can visually see the jelqs because after my shower and excercise my cock is thick with blood, but when I stretch , I see it at that time, but I dont see any gain in length at all. I think I see gains in my flacid girth, because my "shaft" always seems to feel hard now, whether im erect or flacid the cells are hard...but length I'm not seeing.


Can anyone give me some good exercises for length ?
And also, what should I look for in terms of gains?
How can I tell if I'm gaining or not?!


I can't stay hard enough for me to take a picture with a ruler pressed against me, and I only really see my dick really FULL of blood when im fucking my girlfriend, when I masturbate it's not as thick and hard as when I'm with my girl, so I have no real way of knowing if I'm gaining.

give yourself some more time. gains won't come that quickly after 2 weeks. Visibly anyway. For Length you could try some A-Stretches and DLD Blasters. I usually just do a lot of normal stretches and some twist ULI's (dont know if they actually help for length or not), and all kinds of things. Most important thing is that you can feel what you are doing. For some more advanced exercises I would suggest waiting a bit more and getting your penis into a better state. I know I'm not ready for DLD Blasters yet because a) normal stretches still do the job b) my PC muscle isn't worked enough and c) I want to take it slow

I'mnot used to any of this lingo so I didn't understand what you said. I'm looking for a variation for noobs, that will help stretch my penis to lengthen it. I'm not circumsized, so gripping under the head I do very tight, and when I pull in a flacid state the head becomes small and my girth becomes small too cause of the stretching .

After that I do the jelqing which makes it fat again...but I just dont see (or feel) any changes in the stretching excercises.

I'm looking for some good stretching exercises

ok, one stretching exercise you can do is the dual fulcrum (sp?). you do this by gripping under the head of your penis and pulling it out as much as you possibly can. Then use your free hand to pull up the stretched portion of the shaft as much as you can before it hurts too much or your muscles give in (im not a very muscly person so hehe). Doing this about 30secs to 1 minute at a time, doing repeated sets will really work your ligs. Other variations of this are called the a-stretch . This is when you pull out your penis at the head, then use the free arm and grab the wrist (or whatever you can reach) of the arm that you stretch with and push up the non-stretch arm. It sounds pretty confusing, but it isnt really. Its called an A-stretch because the shape you make will look like an A. Other stretches I do is the twisted ULI (dont know if this is a girth exercise, but it seems to work my ligs so I do it anyway). This is done by stimulating yourself to about 80% erect state. Now grab the root of your penis and kegel in blood (a kegel is a PC muscle flex). Once this is done tighten your grip around the base and place your free hand just underneath the head of your penis. Now with the top hand, twist the penis to the left for 5 seconds, and then to the right for 5 seconds. Do this for about a minute or so (I do these inbetween dry jelqing along with other stretches ).

Please correct me if I'm wrong about something. I just came here a week ago or, so I'm sure people like DLD, Zulu or stillwantmore can help you more than me.
