I'm looking for a good routine to jump start some type of gains. I'm not really new to the world of pe but this is the first time that I've been consistent, its been since Nov. 2011. Here's the routine I just finished:
Stretches: all directions 3x1:20 sec.
Heli's( complete circles) 10x20 sec
Tunica tugs: 5x1:20 sec
Hang: 10 lbs x 40min. ( I worked my way up to ten lbs. And I hang 3 weeks then take 2 weeks off)
SG extender: anywhere from 4-10 hrs. Daily( just starting week 4)

Month 5 just started and here's the routine I'm working with:

Stretches:same as above but only 1 set as a warm up.
__________ stretch: 5x35 sec.
DLD blasters: 5x10 sec
Hang: 10lbs. X 40- 80 min.

Any suggestions on workload so far and current routine, or a better one to help get these gains I'm so desperate to see?

You haven't seen any gains yet? If not something is definitely wrong. I would not take off 2 weeks of hanging. Work on getting to about 10 hrs a week every week.

You need to be jelqing some. Even if you dot want to gain girth i think engorgment exercise is very important. Kegels. You didnt mention if you are doing these. You have to be doing Kegels!

I kegel all day long, everyday but mostly while I'm stretching. I read a few days ago about the length of time for hanging to be productive, so I just started at 80 min. a day yesterday. I was jelqing for a few weeks but stopped for no specific reason.

I made small gains because a girl said I felt different in her mouth but maybe my measuring technique needs to be terrier, because I don't see the gain on the ruler.

Consistency is key! There are a few theory around here about how staying extended, even if under very light tension, to make the best gains. If it was me i would do the complete newbie routine with the hanging and using Ujw. I still do most of the newbie routine. My Dang hands don't grip very good so i use the length master but its the same stretches.

Keep at it. You will gain. Start a little girth work to help build the internal tissue. I feel that light jelqing or pumping is very important to help length gains.
 
If you are looking for a "jump start" and you aren't new to Penis Enlargement. You don't have to change your routine if you aren't taking advantage of some easy "triggers" for new growth. Use more heat to get more "intensity" from the same amount of force. Heat weakens the collagen's tensile strength, so incorporating more heat will get you better results with the same effort or force. And increase duration of force also. This will also increase productivity without the need to increase intensity. Just two quick easy ways to boost "growth" without increasing force. :D

I tried the DLD Slammers and liked that exercise a lot, I think I'm gonna incorporate that into my routine.
Is the length master still available? I read somewhere around here that it isn't.

Thanks Tom! I'll try sticking to my same routine while adding heat, time under pressure adding some slammers.
 
I measured today, from the side 6 times and from the top 6 times. My top measurements were the same 6 in. but I'm guessing I need to trim the fat pad cause from the side.... I saw a half an inch gain! I'm happy as shit!! Consistency baby, consistency!

Yes, consistency will yield results. (If only all of the people who stumbled upon Penis Enlargement would stick with it, Penis Enlargement would be "accepted", instead of being relegated to lore by quitters and the lazy :D)

I just saw your post about the length master. The old model is discontinued as far as i know. There is a new model that should be out in the next few weeks maybe.

It is an advanced tool. You really need to be conditioned before thinking about getting one.
 
Rebel: I was thinking about getting it because I saw the advertisement for it and thought I would use it as a hanger. I'm on the fence between length master and the Bib.
 
If it were me.....

I would get the vlc. I know it sounds like Im trying to push em. I've got no affiliation to the company and just recently paid for a new unit. Just like anyone else. You will be able to hang up to 7.5 lbs. Possibly 10. with the leg strap it doubles for an all day stretch. I would almost promise you that you could get half an inch with it in say 6 months. Its a good tool and pretty cheap to (55$ i think).

The problem with conventional hangers is they compress the tissue so much it takes alot of getting used to.
 
The vlc works wonders in the Sg. That Ian if you have any problems with comfort. What device are you hanging with? If you can hang 10 lbs comfortably i wouldn't worry to much about buying something else.

Just checked my Stretched Flaccid Length after my workout and it's a half inch longer than my EL. I never thought these little "milestones" would feel as promising as they do....Penis Enlargement IS THE SHIT!!
