Im a newb and have already gained anout 1/4 inch girth and length . Anyway what i do is usually Stretch down, left, and up for 20 seconds. Then go to the right for 20 because my dick usually hangs way to the left so im trying to correct it. Then i will do this all over again only during the last 10 seconds i will do kegels but when strethcing right its for the last 20. I also do about 10 kegels in between each stretch in eathier direction and then hold for 20 seconds. I iwll do the longer sets probably about 4 times and then i will do dry jelq's. I usually do the one handed ones and alternate back in forth to 2 handed ones. I also alternate lengths between 5 and 10 seconds. Should i be doing more? If so please elaborate. Thanks

If ur gaining than your routine is good enough. I guess you are still a begginer so don`t try anything too complicated.

yeah i kinda thought that myself because for only doing pe for a little less then a month those are pretty good gains right? Only thing is now that im longer it really makes my girth look small so now i need to implement something better for that. Any recomendations?

Try doing some jelquing, it is very important as it will help your penis get used to the more advanced exercices. If you do a hardcore girth exercices and you've never jelqued before i think you would die =(

Dude 5.5" girth is not small, though your perception of it is. I think that once it is realised that Penis Enlargement works you can safely ignore your perceptions, because you know that changes can be made. If I were in your position, I would just keep the same routine but increase the volume. You will find that as you progress you will need more, either in time or intensity.
