Hello brothers. Long time listener, 1st time caller. Gotta say, love the show.

Actually, I've been in and out of the PE game for 15years. Mostly out with the occasional stretch session or jelq sessions to improve penis health only. So I do know a decent amount of PE routines from way back.

I've taken the pills (forget name) that were really good for penile health(so it felt and appeared). The ones that ended up having micro doses of viagra ?. I've pumped before but never bought a stretcher. The pump I owned was a shit cheap one I bought at 21 that sucked half my sack in and was not proper. I probably over pumped, loving the appearance of my monster cock with veins and a bulging head.

Now that my hit and miss background is out of the way, where am I and how did I get here?
About a month ago, I started conceptualizing in my head about designing sleeves and light weights that would keep me stretched all day.

1. I came up with a weight system that keeps me stretched all day and feels good. When I take it off my cock looks great for several hours, and then my dick runs and hides and I don't see him for 3 days.
So I started thinking about...
2. A silicone sleeve that you put on your penis this is tight enough to grip, without cutting off of the circulation. I look around and find some selling for outrageous prices and then I find silisleeve @ a fair price.

So I make my purchase of a tire and a sleeve. Should be here any day now ?
And then I begin reading the forum here.

I've been through many other forums, brushing up a little bit here and there, but must say that I was drawn to the knowledge and sense of, I'm truly here to help vibe here. I know it's a little exhausting to get the typical noob questions, but I didn't see the typical annoyed vet responses of, use the search or belittlement that is commonplace throughout the other boards. So, here I am, a member.

I've always been good in bed and with an average size unit, never had confidence issues. It doesn't mean that I don't want bigger and better of course. Recently went through a divorce, so I have a little extra time to focus on me and the one who has always been here for me. No matter how much I beat him, make him go places he really doesn't want to go, he's still here. So, now is as good of a time as ever to get him fit.

What I'm after(in order):

1. Gland increase
2. Length
3. Girth

EOY Goal (Realistic?)
BPFSL 8.5
BPEL 7.75
Nbpel 7
EG 6

With an average size dick and a below average sized head, I want to focus on Gland size. I'm pretty sure both #2 and #3 will be a natural side effect of getting to #1, so that's a plus.

My thought on routines:

Since stretching is a good thing for health, I will perform the newbie routine for 4 weeks and measure each Sunday. I haven't read intensity of stretching, but I've always stretched 90% leaving the last 10% to avoid injury. In other words, I'm yanking pretty frickin hard.

I will jelq and hold below my Gland for 3 or more secs. Also, throughout the day, I plan on squeezing blood to my Gland and putting on a cock ring below my head. Also, the mechanism that I use for ADS requires my cock ring below my Gland to stay on. The ring is silicone and fits rather tight. I have standing desk that I use about 3 or 4hrs per day. Periodically I go to the restroom to remove the ring and stretcher and I massage and jelq new blood to my Gland and helicopter for about a minute off and on, with the intention of exchanging oxygen rich blood. And then back to being geared up.

So last night was the first night in many many years where I actually completed a stretch routine. I edge a lot, but 1st real stretch in a long time. Today I wore my ADS for about 4hrs. It wasn't my full setup and it was more to keep from turtling.

I'm a bit sore (dull pain) around the base, primarily on the sides. I performed 2 sets of the Newbie Stretch Routine @ a pretty intense pressure. Should I Rambo on and do two more tonight, or should I take the night off?

So today I did 45 minutes of jelqing, both regular and SSJ. I've jelqed off and on for years and never heard of SSJ until recently. It's definitely different. After the jelqs I noticed a few tiny red dots, which some have already disappeared. I warmed down with a hot rag for 10 min. I put on a hard ring at my base that keeps me chubbed up pretty good.

A question that I have is, I have a silicone ring that I use for my ADS that I place just below my Gland. I fill my Gland up pretty good with a few jelqs and keep on for 30min and up to an HR. Periodically I will perform kegels and jelq fresh blood to my Gland. After an HR, I will go to the restroom and squeeze blood back and forth and helicopter a bit and then reapply the ring. Is this too long to keep the silicone ring on, or do the keegels/jelqs bring in enough oxygenated blood to keep a fresh supply in and the ring on?

If you keep it to a minimum time and you know your body there’s no reason that you can’t do this. Just be very cautious and once you master it it’s all good.
 
Put the ring on, just not too tight
Maybe I should take a photo of the ring on. As in my original post, my Gland is smaller than average with an average shaft girth. It's hard to get a ring much bigger without it falling off. Also, I jelq my Gland full until it's ready to explode. Hoping this helps maintain a fatter head in the long run.

Pictures always help because sometimes it’s hard to describe with words but a picture can say many words without saying one at all.
 
I know this isn't a huge marker, but a marker none the less! As I'm stretching today, I thought to myself, damn that's gotta be 8"+. So, I pull out a tape and I'm bumping 8.25". I know this is in a relaxed and stretched state. 5 or 6hrs later, I give it a tug to check and I'm 8-1/16".

Started at 7-5/8 and up to 8"+ in 2 weeks or so.

For me, the EL and EG is what counts, but I'm seeing a happier penis.

What an incredible surprise, congratulations and I hope you keep gaining at this rate you will be 9 inches in no time. Check out the MOSred because I think this light has a lot to do with people making incredible length gains.

As I was jelqing this morning I figured I'd go ahead and get some measurements since I'm going to go 3 or 4 days with no exercise this weekend. Going to the lake with fam and won't be able to do my thing.

I noticed as I was jelqing and edging it was really looking like I needed to take some measurements. Same as when I was stretching.. So below are my new me after just 2 solid weeks of pounding away (literally ?).

I'm excited as fuck and will be aggressively going after more and more. I'm a work out fanatic and results always drive me to dig deeper and deeper.
I'm ready for the holiday weekend to be over so I can get back to pulling and squeezing ?????
