hey guys, I am a college athlete and workout 4-5 days a week. I have been taking Cell Tech and protien the past couple years and have had great results. But i have noticed that when I get off cell tech i lose a little muscle definition do to the loss of water absorbtion in my muscles do to cell tech. I have been recently looking at supplements and have read about NO2 in all my muscle magazines and read that it gives you a perpetual pump and brings in blood to the muscle cells instead of water into the cells. I have asked around and other athletes at my college and not alot know much about it, was just wondering if any of you have taken it or know anything about it and if you have taken it or know anything about it do you recommend it? I have also heard that it may help increase your penis size do to the whole blood thing!!!!!:) But any input would be appreciated!!

I've read a lot of people recommend this in a couple of Penis Enlargement forums, as well as on the bodybuilding forums.
From what I gather, it seems that for the people it works for, it's amazing, BUT, there are also people who found it didn't work for them. Bodybuilders and Penis Enlargement'ers alike.

What little I know about it.
Well it's a vasodilator, which means it opens up blood vessels.
It's main ingedient is a very specific type of arginine (Supposed to be a lot more powerful than normal arginine).
Like arginine it makes the body release more nitric oxide, which is probably why many people swear by arginine for Penis Enlargement purposes. Viagra and Levitra's main actions are to enhance production of nitric oxide. So I suppose it's easy to see a connection between viagra and arginine.
Nitric Oxide isn't specific to the penis, it's also essential for muscles too. I never realised this before, I thought Nitric Oxide was something specific for erection to occur.
The Bodybuilders who swear by it say it gives an awesome pump, due to the enhanced blood flow.

The "NO" in it's name directly refers to Nitric Oxide.
So if you can help the release of Nitric Oxide and get stronger harder erections, then it can only be a good thing where Penis Enlargement is concerned.
Whether the product works for you is another matter though.
I think I saw a thread at Thunder's where several people were singing the praises of NO2. (Actually it may have been Pinnacle NOX2, as it's a very similar product).

Anyway, that's what little I know if that's any good.
I'm sure I may have explained something innacurately above, but to the experts here, please feel free to correct anything that I may have got wrong.

You must avoid all caffeine, ephedrine, amphetimines and other vasioconstrintors when on this for the effects. It really doesn't have that much of a following on the bodybuilding boards. I would say it doesn't work for most people. It does seem to provide better erections for many people though.

That's a good point philadelph.
I used to drink loads of coffee. I found out that the caffeine raises adrenaline levels which decreases blood to the genital area.
I cut back drastically on the coffee and I get better blood flow down there now.

I just had a quick look and found that I saved that post I mentioned before.
I hope DLD doesn't mind me posting it.

"MagnumXL here (formerly 7-up the V-Stretch guy) Havn't visited this forum much lately since reaching my pe goals (8 3/4 x 6.25). Havn't done much pe work either. Now I am turning to building up my body so I will be in good shape when I retire in a couple of years. Started taking a body building supplenent a while back and in 2 days I started having much harder wood, more frequent wood and my refractory period is down to about 3 minutes. Much harder and fuller erections. Like being 20 again. And after ejaculation my unit is very slow to return to its flacid state. Stays somewhere inbetween for a long time (hours). With a little encouragement, "Spike" is up for another round just about 3-4 minutes after the first orgasm. That is common for guys in their teens and twenties. At least it was for me. But I am near retirement age and this development is a real treat. The product is Pinnacle NoX2. I bought 90 tablets for $25 on sale at Vitamin World. I take 2 an hour before lunch and by 4 or 5 I am ready for any developments the evening may bring. This was too good to keep secret so I had to share it with my buds on the board. The product is salts of Arginine called Arginine alpha keto glutartate and Arginine Ketoisocaproate. They are NO inducers like viagra and are thus vasodilators. Arginine had some positive effects on my erections but these salts are grrrrrrreat! It may have some potential in pe. Other vasodilator products also contain these salts. for me it is better than viagra....but we are all different. MXL"

Just do a search using the poster's name on the other forum to find the specific thread.

Information on Nitric Oxide and list of other NO products

Interestingly I read a bit of blurb about one of them called "Vaso XP", and it says it's timed release so it works for 24 hours.
Now this could definitely be good for Penis Enlargement, if the product keeps blood flowing down there all day. Especially good for helping to keep the penis plumped up for longer after exercising it.

I've tried a few different NO2 products and the best I've found is Nitrous by Syntrax.

I was on Cell Tech (creatine) and Nitro Tech a year and half ago. I never had zits in my life until I tried that shit. I gained 10 pounds off it, but shit I was inexperienced at the time and didn't drink that much water. The edema or whatever happens while taking creatine is not all that great in adding muscle. Over time and lots of fucking money sure your muscles will eventually get bigger due to each cycle increasing the amount of muscle water your body will allow. However, in my case I will never use creatine again. I tried GNC's Creatine Monhydrate or whatever with NO2 (which by the way is sweet as long as you work your ass off and plus no matter what you will get those huge veins regardless of how often you lift) a few months ago. I guess I didn't learn my lesson. That shit took just two weeks to fuck my face up. My cheeks looked horrible. Even now I have little bumps on my face and while it is going away it has cost me some poon man. I never knew how fucked up it was to have acne until I started using creatine supplements. THe first time I broke out on the stuff it took 3 months to go away. Now it has taken 4 months and it probably won't all be gone for another week or two. I hate creatine. Creatine can kiss my asshole. NO2 rocks though. I have gained my muscle back. The other thing about creatine is when you cycle off or completely stop taking it is your energy levels drop and so does whatever you gained in most cases. FUCK CREATINE! It's definitely not for everyone! The only bad thing about NO2 and other products is it is expensive and you do have to take a lot of pills.

Good post, thanks for sharing your results. I know a few people that were on Cell Tech and had some pretty bad problems with acne, so I know where you are coming from there. I started taking NO2 Growth Enhancing Hemodilator last Thursday, and my muscles are looking a little bigger, but nothing extreme yet, or no gains that couldn't be from my regular workouts.

BTW, I bought a book at Borders the other day, called Getting Stronger for $14.99, and it was by far the best 15 bucks I've spent in a while. It has pre-season, off-season, and during-season workout routines for just about every sport, as well as detailed descriptions of every exercise with pictures. Bill Pearl wrote the book, and he is a 2 time Mr. Olympia, so I'm not gonna doubt his credentials. The book was originally written in 1986, but they revised it again in 2001. There is info about all different kinds of supplements, andro and steroids, as well as tons of shit about nutrition. Once again, the book is called Getting Stronger and it is written by Bill Pearl. Try it, it is DEFINITELY worth it!!!

I never had any bad experiences with creatine, like iwant8inches has. I am not taking the stuff right now, because it does have some dehydration effect and I'm training for a long-distance inline skate. I seemed to gain strength and size while on it. Who's to say what I would have done without it?

As for NO2, I have a doctor friend (legitimate M.D.) that specializes in nutritional supplements and says that NO2 doesn't work for muscle gains. He said something like the theory behind it is good, but it reality it gets absorbed at a rate that isn't conducive to its stated benefits.

I don't think muscle gains is really what it is about. I think of it more of a delivery system for whatever you're on supplemental wise. It is a hemodilator so muscle gains are not really going to be acheived on this stuff alone. The blood channels are going to widen, which is a reason for the bulging veins I have. (been on it since December) I just think that if you train the right way, eat healthy enough, drink plenty of water, and take something like a protein shake you will see greater gains with NO2 than without.

Penguinsfan, about creatine I broke out terribly from that crap, but I had no idea what it was at first anyway. I was taking Nitro tech and Cell tech at the same time for about 3 months, but didn't know about cycling off it. I wasn't drinking that much water either and had no knowledge of edema at the time either. Still, I gained close to 15 pounds of muscle. I mean I was looking good. My body was anyway. My biceps are bigger now and my chest looks more ripped too now, but back then that was the first time in my life I'd ever felt strong looking or confident.

Then, Thanksgiving rolled around and by that time I had freaking boils or something that looked like them on my face. It was TERRIBLE. Never felt more humiliated to go outside in public than I did two winters ago. I am some dumb ASS though because I bought ProActive and it worked in about three months. Clear as could be before the summer and had a tan and a nice trim body to go with it. I felt great. Then I started getting friendlier with girls for once and got a few dates. However, I felt I needed to bulk back up. I bought some weight gainer stuff from GNC and it worked great. I was a little bloated looking in the stomach and arms, but it was helping me gain weight. To tell the truth I like being about 150 pounds. I look real trim and my face is more boyish. I stopped taking the gainer after I reached a certain weight then went on the dates as I said. Now the reason I lost the weight was because you lose weight you gain and often muscle too when you get off of creatine especially if you do not get back on it. That is the reason you gain muscle on it. Each time your muscles shrink, but because they were loaded to the max with water when you were on the stuff they were stretched out and each cycle you stretch or fill them up to a greater capacity. (I think that is how it works anyway or something like that) But back to the story I wanted to gain muscle back because I was honestly feeling a little weak.

I heard about NO2 and thought it was too good to be true, but the results speak for themselves. I gained five pounds on it the first month and a half without supplement. I can't say it was soley because of the NO2 just because I was also following a more intense workout and resting more in between workout days. But then I got greedy this past February. And I bought some creatine by GNC. It messed my face up again. Within a few weeks the stuff broke my face out a LOT on my cheeks. I fear there will be scars this time though. I never pick either. IT sucks man, but I stopped on February 7th. I marked the day because I wanted to see how long it would take to get rid of them this time. I thought oh yeah they will go away faster because I only took it for two weeks. Yeah right! I still have acne. It is mostly like the shadow kind where they aren't really there, but the color is still red in some places and there are a few big zits here and there. I have about 30 tiny zits and two big ones on my right cheek. It sucks balls man. But I can tell it is going to be all gone within two weeks. I've been on Derma Cleanse by Zen Med or maybe that's Zen Med by Derma Cleanse. I don't know but I paid 100 bucks for each time I bought it. There's pills and a cleanser and a lotion. It works, but slowly. It "cleans from the inside out" All I know is it better clear me up soon. Oh, the real point of this post was to bash creatine once again and to tell that my acne problem is a main reason I can't find enough nerve to ask this girl out. I flirt with her, but not as much as she does with me. I know she likes me, but shit I don't feel confident right now. I'm wondering if she is wondering the same thing as me. "When is this acne going to clear up?" I don't know but I hope soon. My acne problem is also the reason I found Penis Enlargement. I looked into one night when I was feeling down BIG TIME. I couldn't even find it in me to jerk off I was so down. I was looking at it going man even if I didn't have this acne she'd probably laugh my penis. So I looked it up and eventually found Penis Pride and then I worked on Penis Enlargement for 3 months then found this site. So there I guess my damn ugly acne helped me out in at least one way.

Whether NO2 works or not, it's a rip-off. It's basically Arginine Alpha Ketoglucarate (AKG). You can buy bulk Arginine AKG powder and save $$$. This has been discussed on several bodybuilding boards.

Hmm, not sure about that, but you're entitled to your opinion, by all means, as am I. I believe it works, because, 1) I'm using it right now and 2)its pretty much the ONLY product that works on your fast twitch strength.

What i meant is that regardless of how well it works, it's overpriced and you can get similar results by buying bulk Arginine AKG powder and mixing in a drink.

i think i might try some of this stuff out pretty soon

Anyone here been on the stuff for about 7 months or around that? I have become a "sweater" and I mean it is ticking me off. Even after like a few minutes of moving things around at work I begin to get really hot and this was back in the winter too. Like the first month I'd say it really started. Anyone else have that problem that's been taking NO2 for a while, but never was one to purspire from just moderate work/labor before?

Can you show us some of the board posts that says this? I have looked at some AKG powders and I'd have to say what you are saying definitely makes sense. I'd like to see which brands of AKG powders people recommend.

I don't know what the board policy is on posting links to other boards so i won't do that, but you can do a search for NO2 at bodybuilding.com and/or anabolicminds.com to see for yourself.

Any Arginine AKG powder should work... Kilosports used to carry it, if it's not on their site give them a call.
