Whelp, I have something here that I was meaning to post a while ago but it just got lost for a week or so in my notepad. Here it is:

"I believe my length has actually gone down. "Penis Enlargement is a marathon, not a race" he said. Well, I believe it lasts too long. Maybe I just don't have what it takes anymore. I gained from 4.75" to 4.9375" girth in the past few weeks. I printed off a ruler yesterday and it must've been shrunk some how from my printer settings. I measured in at 5.25" as some of you may have seen. I went home and compared the paper ruler to my normal one to find the wrong measurements. I was so excited to finally be above 5".

My girth goal was 5.75". Now I'm at a "measly" 4.9375" girth. Frankly, I'm tired of having shit gains, even if I'm looking at this the wrong way. "A shit gain is better than no gain at all." Instead of seeing my increase from 4.75" to 4.9375", almost a .25" gain, I see it as a failure.

My length it seems has indeed decreased. I used to get 7.8" BP with my crooked, slanted pubic bone measuring way. Now I get only 7.5". I'm not sure who I should be more angry at.. God, for making me this way from bad genes, or myself, for not having the fucking balls to keep going, and not be a whiny ass bitch.

Aaaaaaaaaaaanyways, that little sadness spell is over and I wanna thank all of the guys who helped get through it. Especially RED.

I just wanna tell you guys that I went and saw the girlfriend this past weekend. I hadn't seen her for 6 months! We had a short quickie and before then she was telling me it was harder to get in her mouth, and that the head was bigger. Then when she sat down on it she told me how much it hurt.. Mwuahahahaha!! I was so proud of myself. When we had sex before it never hurt her, but this time it did! Oh yeah! I was glowing!!

"You're happy that it hurt me!!"
"Yup! rofl "
"Hahaha!"

So in other words, this stupid little spell is over and I'm happy. I'll be posting my routines I did yesterday and today as well. Thanks guys, sorry for the drama!

That is great! I love hearing this type of success story more than a measurement increase. I think we tend to become consumed by numbers and sometimes forget the penis is also a sexual organ. When we hear our gains echoed in the voice of our partners it makes this all worth while.

Ya in bodybuilding you never gain til you start doing the exercises properly. So often myself included I want to go heavy but do the exercise wrongly just so I look stronger. Even just to myself so that I trick myself that I made gains.

You have to do perfect form, even if your not sure stay lower.

And with the penis I am starting to take very accurate measurements. I have always been good on length but girth I need more accuracy. I think I measured to high a month ago. So that when I measured the same size lately I didn't think I gained. But I actualy might have.

I believe with measuring you need to take a whole ton of measurements over a few days. Then try not to measure for a few weeks, then do the same thing again.

It will probably take a month to even figure out what your 'average' girth is. Then over time you can start to see incremental rises.

The problem with not being accurate or exagerrating is that you never know what exercises are working and what isn't. And you need to be changing things and experimenting with what works for you every so often.

If you aren't being accurate you have no clue whether its working or not. So you probably will stay doing things that aren't working for you.

However if you are very very accurate you can see whats working and when it stops working.

Its no wonder pe didnt' get big pre internet. Guys would just bullshit about their size and what was working. You could never find out. Even online guys bullshit, so its hard to know what is working and what isn't. Just remember that the most important thing is YOU gaining. It doesn't matter if you were 3.5 girth, this is all anonymous anyway. What matters is that over that length of time you did rise by .25 girth. That is HUGE.

I realize now I gained .25 length over 2 months. Doing no stretching . However doing quite a bit of jelqing. I am very very happy with .25 in 2 months. Can you imagine if I gained at that pace for a 12 month period. That would be 1.5 inches!!!!!!

Even if I gained .125 every 2 months in length . Which would be very hard to measure any difference every 2 weeks. (well within the differing erection strength variation). I would be ecstatic if that happened over the year. That would be .75 inches!!

I'm hoping for .125 girth every 2 months. Can you imagine in one year .75 inches thicker. That is HUGE.

However again measuring once every 2 weeks that would be impossible to see. Infact even gaining at that rate from one 2 week period to the next your girth could decrease depending on erection strength.

I believe I was overestimating my gains at first, taking a high point measurment instead of the average of many over several days. Then I got demoralized when I thought I had not gained much girth. But when I really think about it and after reading your comments I should be looking at it different. Why go with a high measurment even if you report ITelectric 2 months from now.

And you have gained .125 girth and .125 length . That would be GREAT! And in honesty as you learn how to gain better and better you can probably surpass that. But we must set the goals for each short time period lower.

And then if you meet them or exceed you are happy. Of course to do this you must accept that your dreams of a monster cock will not be met for a year or two. But this is still SHORT. If I told you itselectric that one year from now you would add .75 girth and .75 length , I bet you would be fucking happy!

You would be about 8.25 length x 5.70 girth. That is a long, and way above average cock. In fact at that girth regular condoms would be a bit uncomfortable.

You do have what it takes. I've seen your dedication. All that you need to know is that it is working. Then you would work out 4 hours a day if you have to. What gets so many of us down even in the face of evidence of our growing cock, is the fear in the back of our minds that it isnt' working. Which is ridiculus all tissue responds to stress by adding size and strength. Its just a matter of finding out how to stress it right.

What you need to do is make a routine for the next 30 days. Then stick with it no matter what. Make it a badass routine that you know will be difficult to do. Part way through you will have doubts about whether its working. You will have the urge to change your program. Don't if you decide to change your program do it after 30 days is up.

Thats what I did with my mass rest days and ice wrap routine. I measured after about 15 days in and I looked a bit longer but no girth which is what I wanted. But I still finished the 22 days which I had originally planned. Now I'm onto a different routine because I didn't think that one worked to well.

But the key is to finish your 20-30 day plan before you move to a new exercises. Give your body a chance to respond to the stress you are doing. If after the 30 days you gain a little stay with it! Or make a few changes that you will think will be better then see how it goes. Whatever you do don't quit mid plan though.

I agree with this, I've already made a routine, though it's not a horribly difficult one, it's with the things that I believe I have made gains using. Mostly the basics, but after 30 days or so, if it isn't working to well I will switch it up a bit. Great post man.
