I used to get crazy red spots all over my shaft from doing manual Ulies and Horses and doing clamped workouts and shit, but nowadays I hardly ever get 'em anymore.

The spots were to me what lactic acid is to muscles after a good workout....they made me feel like I actually did something.

I don't think it's possible to work any harder than I already am (unless I want to get hurt), so should I be concerned about my lack of spots?

As a matter of fact, I hardly ever get sore at all anymore... no matter how intense my sessions get. Is that bad? The most I'll get is skin soreness, but that ain't shit. I'm talking about that deep tissue soreness or even ligament soreness.

I work out every day now and I always try to "parlay" each workout on top of the last one....building up my cock as I go. Maybe my dick is just used to it by now.

well if you think about strength-training. If you train for 2-3 months in a row without pauses you won't get sore anymore (unless you attack the muscle from a different angle). Or you can take some time off. You can try to take maybe a week off Penis Enlargement if you want? Then when you come back you'll get red spots and you probably won't have to work as hard to get them. This is just my idea. check my thread on Incorporating HST principles at the alternative methods section. Good luck. I'm sure DLD has something to say here too, I'm not nearly as experienced as him but these are just my thoughts :)

Eh, I'm not even sure if red spots are necessary for growth.

Yea I used to get those way back in the early days of my pe not no more though, I can handle any girth work with out any problem. Great post. Who ever said you needed red spots to grow, there head was up there ass.

I used to get red spots in the beginning when i had real good gains. then i tried to get them and i did nothing but overtrain for like 2 months straight and didnt gain shit

It's really simple. Your penis has adapted to the stresses, that's why you no longer get the spots. I bet you might though if you laid off the girth work for a couple months and then went right back into intense exercises.

Same thing with my hanging . I'd not done any for several months. Started back up a weekish ago now, and I had red spots all over. Few days later, theyre all gone and I'm hanging heavy again. Every time I go up in weight, the spots come back for a few days, then my penis adapts to the work and it's all good again. Red spots=new stress that the penis tissues are not ready for yet.

However, as said above ...just because you quit getting the red spots does not mean you wont see gains or that you are not doing something right.

I almost great gains since i started Penis Enlargement'ing and I've never gotten a red spot. I don't think it's important.
