Hey guys as none of you probably know I've been lurking around the message boards and the pay site for a little over a month now. Its time to come out of the shadows and participate. I've been looking for the ultimate new thing. A group of exercises that can be done in very little time and produce the most results. I'm on college and have little or no real time to myself so I only do the exercises 10-20 minutes a day in the shower . I've got a pretty good piece of equipment now, 6.75'' nbp and a little over 2'' wide. My real goal is more length and a final result around 8.'' I have some good genes and if this is anything like body building I should be able to see results really quickly. I'll give you my current routine and ask for your comments.
Warm up
300-400 110 A stretches (huge increase for stretched flaccid size already)
300-400 Jelqs
Lots of other random stretches .

Supra I like the sounds of your slammers but I guess I just don't fully understand the Uli. I tried to watch Gandolf's vidclip but i'm on a mac and it wont work. Thanks a lot guys for all your feedback. I'm willing to try almost anything just to see if it works. I might post some pics later, don't know if I wanna jump right into the deep end though.

thewalabe, Welcome! It is always a great day for me when one of the lurkers goes public. Your routine looks great and your stats are awesome. I see you mention the width, I am obsessed with width. I wish you the best of luck and I am sure you are going to make some good friends.

yea welcome, I had a pretty bad case o that lurking, but once i came to mattersofsize i turned to a member and have been posting more. I think I just didn't know much at first and didn't want to sound new and anyways just liked reading a lot.

I have a version of all Gandolf's videos that will work on a Mac. Send me a PM and I'll email them to you.

TO do a ULI just get erect, and do a base clamp at the extream base, that is all it is

thanks a lot guys. I knew you'd be supportive. Kinda sucks that i emerge now when i'm going to be out of contact for a while. Spring Break in London!
