whats up everybody, I was stretching straight down this morning. While stretching I felt around for my ligs with my other hand and noticed they seemed loose, as if the stretch I was doing wasnt having any effect on them at all. I was pullin the hell out of my dick to so I dont really understand this. Besides the lot test is there any way to tell wether youve maxed out on potential lig gains?
 
I'm not sure you can't max out your LIGS completely but this is a popular debate. I try to cover all my bases by doing LIG and TUNICA exercises.

thats kinda what I thought but my ligs seemed like the weren't even getting a stretch when i tugged the hell out of my dick. Maybe I need to through some better lig stretches into my routine.

Possibly but you may want to lean heavy on upward stretching for a while and see if it makes any difference.

Try pulling backward and between your ass cheeks and see if that works for you better.
 
SWM- Thats the rest of my lig workout I do a lot of btc stretches to the left and right and I do some straight down aswell

DLD- I think I'm gonna forget about the straight down stretches focus on the other lig stretches I'm doin (btc) and add another 5-10 min of tunica stretches :)

YEAAA that's the ticket there, feels great!!! And the stretching works too I guess, LOLLMAO
 
Sometimes I feel the same slack in my ligs, and I just give them a fews days rest and then go back at it again. I just think it's an issue of the ligs becomming overly fatigued and then the exercises losing some of their effectiveness because of this. A few days rest ought to get everything back in line.

I wanted to say thisbut I did not think it would make sense but your right.
 
very interesting because I've noticed the last few days my lig stretches didn't quite have the usual feeling to them, I couldn't really feel the tight yank. Sounds good guys I lay off the ligs for a few days and focus on the tunica.

Thats what I say "KEEP IT SIMPLE". If I start to think too much on the LOT theory I end up thinking and not exercising. The Theory suggests TUNICA stretching when LIG stretching has been exhausted so if you feel stagnant on your gains doing LIG work, go heavier on the TUNICA stretches.
 
In my Expericence with things like this, is you cant beat taking a good break your penis deserves and give it time for a recovery.
 
all really good points guys....thats why i believe, length day girth day and maybe double one or the other with a width day...Try to keep things from getting too stagnant.
 
Yes, I have been of for a little and have gained by being off, I think when I start again on Monday why ligs will be fresh for some more DLD blaster and BTC hanging

Taking a couple of days off sounds good, you could also try this do a straight down stretch, using a thumbs up grip, pull straight down hard, then twist your wrist upwards, thumb moving towards your body, until your dick from the side view would look similar to an L, keep pulling down hard, and hold for 20 seconds or so, this gives me a hell of a lot better lig burn than just regular straight down stretches.....or try some Tub Stretches!

I think this is for a simple reason. The ligs are longer (relatively speaking) than the tunica - this means there's slack lig even though you've pulled the tunica tight = no lig stretch. So, stretch out your tunica again to take up the slack ligs. Make sense?

Thats the way I like things Anon...SIMPLE and EASY to understand. The LOT theory should not scare an individual into thinking he can not make gains it should be a piece of information to help him stretch smarter.
 
Yep, just a piece of information. I'm sure the tribesmen hanging rocks from their penises sat around contemplating all day and night about the most efficient way to stretch their dicks too....LOL, yea right. They just did the WORK to make em bigger.
