This has probably been asked before but what do you think about eliminating jelqing from my routine? I think it is a waste of time. I'm thinking about just stretches and horses. I will probably still keep about 200 jelqs in their so I don't lose any of the gains I made from jelqing but that's not a lot compared to my usual 700-800.
 
I dont jelq either bro, yea thats way to many 800! WOW, I would do some sort of blood work though to keep the tissue health, ie, edging, horses, stuff like that! I would get tired or doing 800 myslef!! Thats what I used to do, I would jelq for like an hour at a time!! LOL those were the old days
 
I believe that jelqing has some benefits they may be overlooked when tossed into the enlargement arena. Jelqing is the best method of increasing blood flow to the penis. Keeping good blood flow is imperative to erection strength, sensitivity and general penile health. You should also keep in mind the effect jelqing has on staying power. Jelqing helps you to last longer because the constant stimulation of the exercise translates to the bedroom when having intercourse. Since the motions are similar premature ejaculation becomes less of an issue because the penis is used to the stimulation.
 
That seems good to me. I never measured by the number I did it by the amount of time like 5-10-15-20 min and so on. Good job, I am going to get back into jelqing casue of this thread!! LOL

Definetly.. I mean if jelqing is not working for you than this would be plenty to reap the benefits.
 
I just wonna chip in here to say 800 aint too many to do.
Maybe for you jason but it aint loadz.
Some do 2000.
I did 1000+ in my program and gained well.
It takes alot of time with jelqs but they have been proven time and time again by many men over the centuries to work wonders on the enlargement of the penis.
 
jelqs a slow, but the most effective way to gain, I only do 400 a session, but do believe they are very important

At one point I did 1500 in the AM and 1500 in the PM:) Overzealous? Maybe...but I had found the Fountain of Youth and I could not stop drinking:)
 
So you think its that effective? I thought the real length was in the tunica. If I did 200 do you think the drop off in intensity would lead to me losing gains?
 
Alright I have made myself a jelqer again, just did 30 min of them!! Feels good.
 
I made that mistake just a these past few weeks, i eliminated jelqing and wouldn't you know it, i was shooting after about 2 minutes into my bj.

my girlfriend thought i wasn't feeling well or something.. lol


im now back to my 30min + a day :)

very true, i owe almost all my gains so far to jelqing alone.
 
You got that right they work, Supra! Most of my girth is from wet jelq and power jelq. I was not doing dry jelq until DLD had a post on here talking about the benefits of the dry jelq. I have since found that on those days you are pressed for time especially, the dry jelq is fantastic for massive girth gains. I now do both. Thanks for the tip DLD.
 
I have added 10 minutes of jelqing to my routine as well as 10 min of edging to get a final and full erection and fill the CC and CS to maximum capacity as well as help with pre ejac and staying power.
 
Im sorry yet i still lay slightly missinformed, I thought Erect length was down to erectile tissue, so how does stretching tunica/ligs make erect size bigger?
 
Jelqing is definitely a good type of Penis Enlargement exercise. Everyone responds to it differently though. Many guys who do mostly, or only jelqing usually complain about developing a "baseball bat" shape though...where the base is smaller in girth and the penis tapers to a thicker girth toward the glans. I use jelqing at about half erect for only a few minutes as a warm up exercise before my intense girth exercises.

There are definitely more effective ways to enlarge your penis. As DLD has said above, it's a very good way if not one of the best ways to increase blood flow to the penis...I just personally feel like you should limit the amount of jelqing you do though and not make it your ONLY exercise for length or girth. Putting most of your focus on exercises like one of the various squeeze exercises or DLD's Bends, to develop a more uniform girth.
 
I haven't done them in four months, but have just started doing jelqs again and I'm very pleased with the results. They definitely have their place.
