Ok, guys, I'm choked. I've been on a pretty strenuous girth program over the past few months, utilizing the cable clamp. My routine, done 5 days a week, consisted of about 20-30 minutes of jelq, ULI's, compression squeezes. This was followed by applying the cable clamp and doing similar exercises including bends. I was able to achieve considerable expansion going from my past erect girth of 15.2 cm to 18 cm after about 20-30 minutes clamped. Total girth sessions were about an hour, sometimes more. The time in the clamp really stressed my dick and pumped me up like a bavarian sausage. I really thought I was making big progress. Recently, I had to take a break for several days. Afterwards, When I checked my girth, I expected to see an increase. Not 18 cm of course, but still somewhat greater that 15.2. Alas, I am still 15.2 cm in girth. I didn't gain a thing!! It seems the girth sessions just pump you up, often for more than a full day, but give yourself a break for a few days and the real truth is revealed. The pump is temporary. This is further frustrating as my present girlfriend thinks I'm thicker than shit, but that's because everytime we've had sex, I've been pumped up from that day's girth session. If we ever have a few days where I can't get a session in, she's going to know something's up for sure. How the hell do you make these gains permanent? Or can you? Oh, and by the way, I am not new to Penis Enlargement. Been at it for longer than some here have been alive. I have made gains, but they have been small and required years of work. I thought the cable clamp was really amazing and would make the difference, but such does not seem to be the case. Comments?

Its permanent, look at my porgress pix for fucks sake.
You must give this like 6 months at least, cable clamp work on a ONE on ONE off basis NOT OVERDOING it either.
It ISNT temp stuff, it isnt a pump like you say it is.
I have GAINED Penis EnlargementRMANENT from this, either you are OVERDOING IT, not giving it long enough i.e 6 months, or maybe its NOT FOR YOU, not everything in Penis Enlargement is for everyone.

Just want it CLEAR in youe head, that what I have is Penis EnlargementRMANENT and has cemented in over like many many months work, this clamp stuff DOES WORK.

My gut instinct is you have OVERDONE it.
Fuck off the entire routine and stick to ONE , like the supra slammers or just clamps, cos I think ya doing too much.

Well maybe it gets harder to gain once you have gained so much in girth already. You are about 6 inches girth, which is huge! I have just started clamping seriously and am going to stick with it. Good luck!

Redzulu2003, I was hoping I'd hear from you, as you are the mastermind behind clamp work. I have followed much of your posts, as well as downloaded your program. It is possible that I have overdone it, although I'm not sure how keeping up the pressure and expansion could be detrimental to progress. I know this may be the case with building muscle, but Penis Enlargement is a different ballgame. Nevertheless, perhaps sticking to a one on/off routine may help. I should mention that I did the jelq and squeezes as a warm up prior to the clamp. I felt that going right into clamp work may be too much pressure too quick. maybe I'll just ease off on the preliminary, and do maybe 5 minutes of warmup jelq. I know it takes time to make progress, but I thought that 3 months of a routine like this would produce at least some gain, even if it were small. But nothing? A little disappointing. You said "it isn't a pump ", but there is a pump after a clamp session. How could there not be? You've got the blood flow slowed and doing compressions and squeezes etc. This expands the penile chambers and produces a "pump " effect. It is that pump that causes the chambers to expand and, eventually produce growth and gains, no? But anyway, maybe I am doing too much. I'll cut back some and see what happens. Thanks for replying. I welcome any further advice you may have.

I was wondering about this as well. As long as you are able to get a good erection, and feel a great internal stretch , wouldn't doing it as much as possible be the best for gains? I notice if I do like 2 clamp sessions in a day, a third one isn't really productive because I can't get the same stretch . But if you could find a good balance, I think that could be the best for gains.

I myself gotta find a good girth-routine to work on, yesterday i tried the mini slammers, and i think they seem to be pretty good only tried about 10 of them. That is 10 jelq's. =)

So while RedZee still in here, what do you think of doing 45-60min mini slammers, 1 on 1 off, then on off do 45min of clamp work?

Im going to try 60 minutes of mini slammers today, hope it will be great. I do the ones with slight edgeing, ballooing, then uli and slow wet jelq.

And i like clamps(do them with shoe-lace), both looks cool and feels great.

But i want to hear what professor RedZee have to say about doing clamp on off or not.

Im havin problems gainin girth aswell. Your pump during work out is pretty intense.. from 5.75girth to 7?? thats pretty insane im surprised you haven't gained at least a half inch.

During my workouts I go from 5.8-6.5inches regularly. Once I shot up to 6.75 but thats as high as my clamped size went.

Im trying my girth excercises without doing a warm up to see if that helps me at all.
