I've got a lil problem here. I started in July last year, but I haven't made girth gains since. As long as I made quick length gains (almost an inch since then) I didn't care much, but now I'd like to gain a lil girth.
I've already got a nice girth (5.5, and 5.7 at the shaft) but I wouldn't mind some more, especially cuz my gf seemed not to feel much.
Anyway I used to do a one on one off workout but I changed to 5 on 2 off. But I didn't gain in both ways.
Apart from stretchin I'm doing wet jelqs (15-20 min) and ulis and ssj until the donut effect comes into play.

Any advise?

well when u stretch your dick the fact of the matter is as it gets longer its gonna be hard to gain girth. Alout of people complain about not gaining girth so your definently not the only person having a problem. I would say keep stretching, jelg but do some horse 440's i belive there called on this site do alout of pc workouts after you are done with your exercises when i don't do kegels it seems like i lose girth and bonner strength. Also get a 100 percent bonner grab it at the base pump your pc than grab right below the head to trap that blood in and do some bending (BE CAREFUL NOT TO BEND TO MUCH) side to side up and down. See how that works your dick should be pumped up man.

Try Ulis, Horse squeezes, wet jelqs and dry jelqs. Do all these at a HIGH erection and put alot of intensity into it. Also wear a Cockring if you can, it will keep you fully engorged which is what you want. Also viagra-like supplements will be very good. Mate, just ALWAYS remember this when regarding girth.....do it at MAXIMUM erection, keep it at as HIGH A ERECTION as you can and push that erection expansion as far as you can. Overtime you will grow, your working with mass amounts of blood and thats what you need when gaining girth. IMHO it doesnt really matter what girth exercise you do, just REMEMBER to keep it HIGHLY erect and INTENSE. Consistancy also helps, with some patience. You WILL gain.

You need to try the more intense girth maneuvers, such as uli, squeeze, bends, and clamps. Some girth, such as my own, doesn't respond to the beginner exercises such as jelq. One word of caution, proceed slowly with these.

i think the other gave you good advise on what you need to do...i just wanted to tell you not to get discourage....it will come just keep consistent...you'll get there...good luck

If you can feel a good pressure at the glands(head) when doing it, you know the erection is enough. Don't worry about red spots, they are normal and nothing to be afraid off. They disappear after 20h or such.

thanx guys for helping me.
I'm already doing ulis, bends etc. with a high erection but I'll try harder!!!
Do you think some jelqing before the tougher exercises is necessary as a kind of warmup? or can you start right away? so far I didn't do any warmup, just jelqing.

I didn't used to thing warms were a good thing, until I got t-vein now I warm up even more like 20-30 minutes with a heating pad. Also I've quit doing stretches for now and I'm starting to see girth gains, so you might try to stop stretching for 3 or 4 months and see if you get any girth gains.
