I have tried ever possible thing to gain more girth but nothing is working. I have been doing excersises, pumping, clamping. You name it. I am stuck at 5.25 girth and cant get past that. Length is not a problem (8").

Any thoughts? Am I at my max? Thanks.
 
Have you remained consistent enough on one routine to make the gains? Could you give me what your last routine looked like so I can help you? How much have you gained up to now and where you started.
 
I hardly doubt you're at your max. As DLD said, please take some time and spell out your detailed routine. Look back at your workout logs and tell us how many minute per day you were doing, what exercise on each day, how many reps, perceived intensity level and so on. We all have our own way of interpreting how ''hard'' we are trying to make gains. I've found over the last decade though, that it is usually the minority of men who are 1) consistent, 2) actually doing what they claim to be doing. I also feel it's valid to say that most men are so afraid of injury, they never really push their penis past the comfort zone. You may feel like you have tried ''everything'', but I honestly doubt you have. I'm just being realistic. I think most men can keep gaining if they truly desire to.

I've met men for example, who were doing something such as:

15 minutes of ''warming up''. This consisted of a rice sock, or a hot wash rag, or dipping their penis in a cup of warm water. Sometimes they also did some massages.

5 minutes of stretches in various angles

5 minutes of ''helicopters'' whatever the hell those are. I think you spin your penis around in circles, supposedly to improve blood flow. I think it just looks sili myself

5 minutes of jelqs at 60-80% erect

10 minutes of ''cool down'' with a hot rag, cup of water, or rice sock.

10 minutes of actual WORK

Repeat M/W/F, 2 days on 2 off, maybe 3 days on 1 off...the more ''extreme'' guys might do 5 on 1 off ;)

I've seen guys do the exact or similar above routine for sometimes years. They just keep doing it the same way, same reps, same cookie cutter design every week. They assume what they're doing is NOT the problem, rather they ''just can't gain''. Sometimes, I can get through to these guys and sometimes not. Often, they fall into the trap of frequently trying out the new theory or exercise of the week every time some ''guru'' re-invents an exercise.

Bottom line, if you are not gaining, it's because something you are currently doing needs an adjustment. Maybe less ''warm up'' time and more actual WORK. Hard to say though until we SEE what you are doing.

A routine that works for me is stretching in the morning and jelqing at night. The stretching is usually about 30 minutes or so of directional stretching, and the jelqing is usually 200-300 dry jelqs followed by a hand clamp for about 5 minutes. I use my hand because I can continue to kegel in blood when I loosen my grip some and it requires no prep work. Some days I will mix it up and jelq in the morning and stretch at night, and others I will do both in the morning and both at night. I've been fooling around with stretching for 5 minutes and then jelqing for 10 and stretching for 10 and jelq for 15. I honestly don't know why I am messing with that, but it's a nice change.

Do it with caution cause its not ment for everyone.
 
Agree still, Bro we are survival machines. We adapt to ANY stress quickly. You can't waste time with those weak routines.

You think you had a great session and your penis thinks your just warming up :s

I suppose you are refering to his routine cause the exercise im advising is arguably most intense,most dangerous exercise "around".
 
The fastest way to make girth gains, with a little bit of experience is DLD Slow Squash Jelqs, to ramp these up even more do the DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters. If you are not gaining girth then something is wrong. If you have not tried this please give it a go and report back:) You will see gains very quickly, I promise.
 
Thanks for all of the replies! I started enlarging about 10 years ago. Mainly then I was just pumping. From there about 6 years ago I started jelqing with lube. Half an hour each day. The only thing that really happened was that the skin around the head started to stretch. I didnt really make any gains. Over the last couple of years, I kept with the jelqing but noticed that the head became very sensative. Almost too much. I started clamping over the last year. I recently started clamping and adding in some squeezes. I will get to about 5 3/8 and thats it. Again no permanent gains. I now jelq 3 times a week with the clamping. Hope this helps!
 
Great advice here! anyone thinking they have done all the intensity (cwl) no you haven't.
