Hey guys, ive been peing for about a month and I have seen no gains. My routine is as follows:
I do a routine of 5 days on and 2 days off.
I do 5 mins hot wrap
20 mins or so of stretching (A-stretch, regular, lazy ass, etc.)
Then i do about 30-35 mins of wet jelq
To conclude I do a few mins of lazy ass stretches and then do another hot wrap for 5 mins.
I would really appreciate assistance. Time is hard to come by as I am 18 and a senior in high school. Thanks a lot.
