Hey guys, ive been peing for about a month and I have seen no gains. My routine is as follows:

I do a routine of 5 days on and 2 days off.

I do 5 mins hot wrap
20 mins or so of stretching (A-stretch , regular, lazy ass, etc.)
Then i do about 30-35 mins of wet jelq
To conclude I do a few mins of lazy ass stretches and then do another hot wrap for 5 mins.

I would really appreciate assistance. Time is hard to come by as I am 18 and a senior in high school. Thanks a lot.

I really didn't get any measurable gains until around the middle of the second month of doing Penis Enlargement.

I am a newbie myself (only been doing this 4 months), but from my understanding here it usually takes at least 8 weeks or so for gains to cement anyways.

Warm your willie up real good and then measure the flaccid stretched length and see if it has changed as it seems to be the concensus here for best indicator of future erect gains.

Gee you may be overdoing it. You should doing 5-7 mins of jelqing after 1 month, and also back down to 15 min or so
on your stretching .

Dude....start out with DLD's newbie beginners' routine from the Newbie forum... then add intensity as you progress.

Its sounds to me like you are on the right track though...but I'd focus on keeping the simple newbie routine for now and simply adding intensity to it as you go along.

I personally prefer to measure by number of jelqs or stretches and stuff rather than just judging total length of time but do whatever works best for you.

And dude I think 5-7 minutes of jelqing is not much at all...But i like to think in terms of say 600 jelqs, which can take me anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on how long I can keep my erection without having to pause to get hard enough again.

Also, if time is a problem split up your routine. So you can stretch in the morning and do your jelqing at night or whatever works for you. Get up early if you have to.

As others have said, you may be overtraining.

Also:

You are young, be patient.
