Hi guys. I'm doing SRT LengthMaster routine and getting big gains. However while I'm gaining BPEL, my BPFSL stays the same. And now my BPEL caught up to BPFSL. I feel like my gains came from tunica stretching mostly. So I don't think I can improve my BPEL without improving BPFSL first. So I think I should hit the ligs more now, right?
So can someone tell me if my thinking is correct?
And what would be best routine or exercises with LM to hit the ligs? Hanging maybe?
What you guys think?
 
Im not sure about the BPEL and BPFSL thing. But for ligs hanging is a good one. I like to attach the hanger abit closer to the base than normal as I feel it targets the ligs more. Bundle stretches probably good for ligs to id imagine as well as behind the cheeks.
 
Do internal stretching. Trust me, been there done that. Examples: __________ stretch and erect stretches
 
To hit the ligs with the most force you will want to focus on heavy downward stretches and Behind the Cheeks Stretches. This can certainly be done using the LengthMaster in hanging mode. You can also use the LengthMaster as is and concentrate on downward stretching. The BTC stretches will really hit the pigs and these can be done manually or using your LM.

From July 10th, I plan on doing only downward bundled expressive stretching for length.

I'm doing upward and straight to Center bundled expressive stretching for now.
