If you like to fall a sleep on your side as i do, here's one that I think you'll like. It seems to help with flaccid length. After I do my nightly stretches, just before going to sleep i lay on my side with the knees drawn up. grab my penis and stretch it out letting my other leg down to hold it in a stretched position. after a couple of minutes i then push my legs down further enhancing the stretch and then go to sleep that way. most people stay in any given position up to 2-3 hours before moving. i have had some mornings i woke up in the same position still holding my stretch. It works.... give it a try.

no, it doesn't create any circulation problems that i am aware of. everything still works fine the next morning.. give it a try for the hell of it.... can't hurt.....lol
 
Seems cool, but I would put glans behind thighs and let only the shaft be between thighs. But this is very powerful.
 
My penis always shifts out of position, I guess I move too much.

sooooo glad we have PE tools to do this while we sleep now!!! lol. love my extender for night time use. much better option then hoping i dont move all night lol. just move a slight bit to much and out pops your cock.

The future idea for SRT is to make it a 24 hour workout using smart ways to get in exercise at every turn and smarter ways to heal and accomplish passive PE.

it's happening as we speak...i hit close to 24 hrs. tough to do 24 hrs though b/c of life but things like the phallosan are helping

i havent used the phallosan yet...my comment wording did make it seem like i was meaning the phallosan was helping me get close to 24 hours. i meant it more in general terms for others who have used it.
 
Oh ok. Yeah, that's what interested me in it. It's too hard to decide whether i want that, a bathmate, or an SG. I'd really like to be able to use the phallosan in place of wrapping.

The Phallosan is a great tool in this way, I would say the best way to heal would be using the Phallosan. I think it is also a great hope in the way of night time use.

For me, I prefer to do all my PE during the day. I believe in training hard during the day. I also see sleep as a part of PE therefore, I want to enjoy my sleep. All the PE done during the day will give you all the gains you need if you decide to make PE a lifestyle.

This can not work for me, I move around to much in sleep. I don't understand how one can sleep like this. This brother need a 🏆 for choosing his sleeping positions. You need movement in sleep to not cut off circulation in your body. This is the reason I stopped wrapping my penis while sleeping. Some mornings I would wake up with bad fluid retention. Let your penis heal fully during sleep.
 
Never did pe while sleeping for me too risky
