Hey guys, had my phallosan for a month or so and have been trying to wear it at night but I'll always wake up at 2 or 3am and have to take it off as its uncomfortable, are there any tips on making it more comfortable for night time use
I cant really wear it during the day with my job being quite physical and moving stuff over me etc (construction and production)

At first it will take some practice to get through the night. Most men shoot set an alarm at 4 hours in the beginning to make sure everything looks good. Eventually they are able to make it through the night. ow much intensity you are using also with dictate how long it can be worn. During the day you want to have the Phallosan set for the highest tension but at night you want to go medium to light intensity.
 
I have tried wearing mine at night a few times but I have yet to find that "sweet spot" that allows me to keep it on all night. I am going to try it again with the silicone sleeve I have and see if that makes a difference.

Practice makes perfect. Just try to go a bit more every evening until you can get through the entire night.

I have thought about trying it on weekends so if there is any loss of sleep it will not kill me the next morning
 
I also find myself waking up after a few hours and being uncomfortable. This is for one of 2 reasons. Usually, it's because of those nocturnal semi erections. The expansion somehow increases pressure and it feels uncomfortable. At that point, I just rip the thing off and go back to sleep. I mean, I could get up, take it off, let the erection subside and restart, but getting back to sleep, at least for me, is a bitch. Other times, the PF has simply lost it's vacuum seal and that can feel uncomfortable as well. And, of course, you can't predict what position you'll end up in as you sleep, such as rolling over right on top of the PF. It's a bit of a crap shoot, but I figure if I get in a few hours at least, it helps. Another alternative might be using a leg strap of some kind.

Maybe create a leg strap to aid in overnight use. I never roll around so I am always in one position. I do not think I get erections through the night but occasionally I will wake with one. It is a crap shoot wearing to bed for some as they either roll around too much or they get erections through the night loosening up the rig. My best advice is a leg strap and see if that helps. Stretching downward, against your erect angle may allow you to avoid those erections since it is strapped down the leg.

You are not alone on the getting back to sleep part. I have a hard time getting to sleep in the first place but if I wake up during the night, that is at least 30 minutes or more of lost sleep. You are likely right with the nighttime erections, that is what would wake me most of the time

when using the phallison forte while the head is vacuumed into the cup. Is the head supposed to pull away from the end of the cup as you stretch or should the head stay at the end. See how the head isn’t all the way at the end of the cup

Ok thank you, so I have another?. I have this vein near my head that feels hard after I ejaculate but goes down after a few days. It always seems to come back though even after a week and a half. It’s like the vein on my right side near the head is hard and kinda tingle pain. Not bad I can still get erect. Should stretching help? And do you think that will affect future erections? It happened after I was holding my penis and did a hard kegel trying to balloon and this was like 6 months ago it’s still there. Like wtf do I do.

And now it seems like the tissue on the right side of my bottom shaft above and around my right ligament is pushed in more than my left. I’m wondering if I should use the belt to only stretch to the left to make the right ligament rise up some. Because when I pull to the left all the force from the ring is on my left ligament/lower shaft not my right. I just feel as that if I pull to the right that will make my ligament push further down into my body? Is this the wrong way to look at it?

Not sure if you’ve read my comment about my ligament. It’s like by measuring on my right ligament pressing down I’ve pushed it into my skin further than the right trying to do bpel. I didn’t know you’re supposed to measure from the top middle area. Should I be concerned and how do I fix this. Stretch to the right or the left. Gosh I wish I never made these mistakes. My right lig is definitely more pushed into my body than my left. Phallison forte advises I switch sides but I know your very experienced so I’m asking you.
