I know there has to be enough testosterone around here for a good football thread. It's so early in the season, but anyone have any thoughts on who's looking really good this year?

BTW, I say if the Colts can win in Tampa tomorrow night, they're for real.

Well, I'm a Steelers fan and tonight was a total disaster. What can I say? They didn't address their issues in the offseason, have money tied-up in the worst pair of cornerbacks in the league, and have made some overall poor decisions that keep them from taking it to the next level.

be a little patient with Maddox. He is not playing well at all...as far as the rest of the league..AFC looks like a toss up..raiders arent themselve, titans as well...maybe k.c and indy can pull off something...NFC looks good with minny,carolina...but i think t.b is still the team to beat for now...D is too good...but we'll see.

Maddox has not played well, but is not the reason the Steelers are losing. I just get frustrated because I see obvious holes in the team and the moronic fans around here just acted like the Super Bowl was a given, once Kordell Stewart was gone. Maddox is not as good as fans think and Stewart was not as bad either. The team has some other positions that really make succeeding a tall order.

Well I am from the UK but I like USA football along with Ice Hockey and some BackieBall.

I supported the Kansas City Chiefs and also The Pittsburgh stealers.
The stealers have a GREAT Runner...cant remember the name but hes an old timer but still good.
Also the quarter back is good.

So their my two teams.
Joe Montana got me into Kansas...and I always liked Pittsburgh.

My father liked Dallas Cowboys |(

Anyways when does the season start??? has it???

I must get watching it on Sky Sports soon again.
I also was impressed by the Tennasee Titans awhile back aswell.

In Basketball I like the Orlando Magic.....dunno why just always have liked them.

In Ice Hockey its the New York Rangers,......great team.
McCarthy, Nedved, Leech I luv um all.

In The UK I am a Rugby fan....its USA footbal but without as much breaks and no pads.

England are in the world cup soon.....favs along with Australia/...man the aussies are hard to beat.

In Football.....Soccer to you....I support Manchester United.
Your USA keeper plays for uz....Tim Howard...GREAT keeper.

Anyways thats me done....still awake

glad to hear you like the Rangers and Steelers....The Rangers will have another long year because they have no defense..they lost last night 5-3 after leading 3-1.....The Steelers are very weak in their defensive secondary and will struggle if they dont play better....I am going to watch Turkey-England now for Euro 2004.......
