Hey, 19 year old guy here. I have been reading about pe for the last couple years on and off, but haven't actually got to doing anything regularly. I have some health issues, and have been having ed issues for the last year and a half. I can still get an erection, but it isn't as easy as it should be, no morning errections etc. Anyway, I am here like everyone else to grow my cock, and in my case also get harder erections. I have recently been prescribed 5mg cialis daily which definitely seems to help.
Anyway, I have done some stretching before but really don 't like the stretching...I feel as if it is detrimental to my eq. However, I don't mind jelqing and am in fact specifically looking for girth anyway. My current measuremnts are about 7.3-7.4 in bpel and 5.75 at mid-shaft girth. I am thinking of doing a jelq and kegel only routine and trying to gain from that, and eventually move on to slow squash jelq as I have read ( from dld specifically) that they are the best manual exercises for girth. How do these compare to clamping, pumping, uli etc.? There is so much info out there now I am admittedly overwhelmed.

From what I have read, I can expect harder boners and increased girth, and possibly increased length as well from the jelq/kegel combo. Do you think this routine, and after gains are made progressing to the slow squash jelqs could over time give me some big girth gains and possibly some increased length as well. I am ony really looking for a marginal length increase, like .5 inches but am not comfortable doing stretching, hanging etc.

Anyways that's it, a bit long but could use some advice

edge , and kegal all day jelq as much as you can aswell for like a mont or 2 progress to erect jelqs then move on to some more intence girth work(supra slammers/mini slammer/ssjs... buy a pump and do dlds 15 minute girth routine as for length your gonna have to strech but you didnt list an extender so go with that method instead of manual streching ... but i highly advice to strech aswell if your keeping up with kegals it shouldnt do anything to your eq ... im streching hardcore and kegal and my eq is better now being longer then before if you decide to do manuals dont forget to add 5-15 minutes of erect streching after you flacid as this will help you cmeent your gains more and birng you flacid strech closer to your el
 
If you only want girth I suggest starting with jelqing, first week going for 300 per day and after that 600 per day. After about a month you can switch into the SlowSquashJelq which is superior in girth work. Kegels are necessary to attaining good eq so be sure to get a regular Kegel routine in. I pretty much do them all day long since they can be done anywhere. The BathMate is your other weapon that will bring girth gains very quickly especially when used in conjunction with the SRT Routine.
 
nvm, I read another thread by destroyuur which asked pretty m uch the same questions. I think I am going to stick with 300 jelqs for the first 2 weeks, then move to 500-600 for second week onwards, and then maybe in 2 months or so start doing slow squash jelqs. As soon as I get the bathmate ( need some cash) I'll combine the slow squash jelqs with the bathmate using the 5x5.3 routine. Then I'll wear a cock ring for a couple hours after for max expansion. Combine this with a good amount of kegeling everyday and my cialis. Does this sound good DLD? I already have decent girth but it is much thicker at the base, I really want to get to 6.5 inches at the glans, and 7 plus at midshaft.

How does ur ssj+bathmtae routine compare to clamping or ulis? or any other girth stuff.

to echo what has already been said by DLD, a bathmate is great for girth. i never felt that much from jelqing, bathmate seems alot more effective for me
