Hey guys. It's been a while since I've posted anything. So as mentioned in my earlier posts, my main goal is girth work and if I get more length, that's fine. I still face some challenges with having enough time each day to do this with an active family at home and job. So my consistency honestly hasn't been the greatest. With the busyness in my house one of my biggest challenges is still getting in the mood to try and get an erection to use my pump. Most of my sessions have been starting from flaccid. I've also tried some new equipment. I got a 1.75" tube and pump with a gauge. I also have tried using an infrared heat pad wrapped around the tube. Ive been trying to pump with heat and cycle the pressure every few minutes. This combo has lead to more edema than any other combo I've done. When I remove the heating pad, I don't seem to get any edema. I notice though that my expansion is better with heat.
Welcome back to the routine update brother. Try to post more frequently to update on your progression as things like edemas is something you want inquire about right away. Don't let it go for too long.
Let's break things down a bit. Heat + pressure = great expansion. Heat + pressure + long period under pressure = always edemas. The question should be, "How long are you under pressure before you see edemas?"
This is a critical break down to observation and routines to see if we can limit or eliminate the edemas. When you pump, you need to stop just before the point of fluid retentions and blistering forms. You also need to incorporate that SSJ into the mix. SSJ is more vital than the pumping as the pump simply acts as an external mechanism to pull in more blood for the SSJ to take advantage of. SSJ helps to expand internally, maximizing your gains. Brothers that use more SSJ and jelqing have hyper explosive growth to their girth.
I usually pump for no more than 15 min at a time and haven't gone over 7hg pressure.
As long as you go above 5inHg, the baseline of above-the-normal expansion, you're perfectly fine. No need to go crazy and head to the upper end of 10inHg. To be honest, I stay betwen 6inHg and 10inHg for most of my pump time, while I touch a hair above 10inHg to influence the initial hyper expansion. Don't worry about going high. Worry about getting the proper expansion you need and nothing more. No comparison to others. Only pay attention to your needs.
I tried a C ring a few times, but was scared off of that by the edema.
C-ring should be used at the end of the routines just to keep the penile body plump. You don't need a C-ring, and you don't need to make it tight. Just enough to allow blood naturally flow in and out of the penis while at its best flaccid volume. Your flaccid volume can be anywhere between 50% to as much as 100%. When we talk about blood volume during flaccid, it's a comparison to the volume of blood during a full erection, but you are at a relaxed flaccid state. Most flaccid state is below 50% in blood volume. Maintain it at 50% or greater will get the needed blood to repair the penis to make it larger faster.
Should I consider a water pump so that I can use warm water in the shower?
If you can pump out of your shower for additional relaxation, go for it. If it's too messy and you haven't mastered it yet, in the shower is best. I do 95% of my pumping out of the shower. My 5% in the shower is to cut down on the pumping time while I take a shower. Wife don't like a stinky guy next to her. She likes to mess with me while I pump. So, no stinky man allows.
I see gains when I'm in the pump, but only maybe 1/8" in new permanent girth when I'm fully erect. I know consistency is the key here, I just also want to be careful and not break anything.
If you follow the "safety's first" in your mind set, your growth will be slow and steady, but safely gain. My gains, just to compare to more aggressive brothers, are much slower but at the same time, much safer. Take your time. You only have one penis.
