I am 28 and starting a pe regimen. My starting stats are at 7.5" long and 7" girth. But I am a big guy 6' 440 pounds. I have been doing some stretching, jelging, and pumping. Just light stuff nothing to intense to start with. What things in particular do I need to be doing I am just really wanting more length. And maybe slight girth gains not to concerned. Also when doing stretching work. How hard to pull. I am extremely strong. For instance I bench press 540+ so I am kinda scared I could do damage just need some guidance. I have read alot before posting. From the beginner routine and srt. And don't know where to begin. It gets slightly complicated lots of info. Erect not erect. Things like that I suppose.

Is that like 440 pounds of muscle or is that just extra weight? And if it's just weight is it thyroid related or is it possible to get rid of the majority of it? If you can get rid of it I'd say maybe that should be step 1 because losing a lot of fat pad would show off how massive that size actually is. That's a beast starting size, seriously.

If you want a good place to start, though, it's the newbie routine sticky at the top of this forum. Generally speaking, you would start with that and follow it to a T for 3 months and see where it gets you. Depending on the results you figure out whether you want to continue that routine or move up to more intense work. In general, if you're gaining, the recommendation is you stick with it until it stops working for you.

Do you have a goal in mind?

Are you sure you measured corectly?7" in girth seems wrong.

Follow the newbie routine as described and ignore anything else for now.
 
Even the 7.5 lenght seems pretty weird with 440lbs weight where huge part of it has to be fat (Monster Pro bodybuilders on shitloads of drugs have like 240-280lbs ripped).
This guyuy would be like 9-10inches if he lost the excessive weight.

10x7 starting size seems pretty unlikely.

I am a big guy. I do have fat to loose and pro bodybuilders are small. I have had more than one doctor call me a freak. Idk why. I have had extremely great hgh levels. I guess. I am sure I measures it correctly. I did push my fat down when I measured length and the girth was measured near Base. But when you see me I am just a mammoth of a man. Minus height. My forearms flexed cold are 17.25 biceps are 24". I have veins that bulge out of my arms and legs. So when I look in the mirror it looks average. I do have belly and pubic area fat. I am loosing it has added to the looms of it. My hands are also huge from the bottom of my Palm to finger tip is over 8". From the tip of my thumb to the tip of my pointer finger is 7.5 inches so yeah you can see why I see myslef as normal. Idk why I measure those bored at work I guess. I have taken loads of testosterone tren ace and enanthate loads or oral steroid which all increase igf1 levels and it was not that big before that it kinda just grew over the years. Also have used ghrp-2 and ghrp-6 and igf1-lr3 which does not have a localised effect. I have lots of experience with ped and I think peds can help with pe. I started my stretches last night. It definitely is going to be helping. Could not finish all the jelqs my forearms were extremely to pumped. Do you do them erect or partially? I also use a pump for ed issues sometimes will this hurt me or help me?
 
With a good eq my goals would have to be 9" in length and I can remain the same in girth. I am happy with it. I have always been considered is wow its thick but with my weight the length has never been there unless you compress the fat around it.
 
Well you must be some kind of genetic freak then. Ive never seen a fat guy with huge dick.
Most 400lbs+ guys cant even see their own dick Id think.

Good luck to you, Id consider loosing weight at least to 300lbs and then you have it.
 
7,5x7 that's shane diesel size....are you sure you're measuring properly man?Something seems off...

But if that's trully your size,you need 1.5" in length and you could achieve that in about 1 year,maybe more,maybe less.But if you stay fat that will have a huge impact on your size.

I'm 5'7 1/2 165 pounds ( small belly fat ) and about 10-15 % of my dick is hidden under that fat.I can't imagine being 440 pounds.You must have at least 2" of fatpad.

AT 440lbs thats gotta be more like 5" of fatpad.

Ive seen tons throughout the forum and 7,5x7 dick on 440lbs guy is out of this world bullshit.
 
I compress the fat when I measured. I am not fat like most when you think 440. I tried to post a pick of me flexing in the mirror just to show you I am not a fat slob. I am not a normal person. I have fat but I promise it's not like your imagining. I was around 500 about 4 weeks ago. I have ran tons of peds and ghrp and igf1-lr3 I am just a big sob. I told my wife I was remeasuring tonight. I have ed right just came off cycle. So its a chore to achieve a erection with any quality

As I said only top mutant pro bodybuilders, biggest of them, are around 300lbs not fa. At 440lbs you must pack on alot of fat.

But I will be glad if Im mistaken and really see something outofthisworld.

I am gonna remeasure tonight may post a pic not saying a am super lean or skinny either. I do have a belly and which is the fattest part on me. Like I said I am super lean or anything a am fat. Just not what people Invision when you hear 440. Forearms are 17.25 arms are over 24". Just to get a scale the shirt is a 4xlt. Which is a size to big for me.

Im friends with alot of powerlifters (some are european champions in squat, dl and bench) and with the biggest its the same - they think that underneat that fat is 350lbs of pure muscle but when they get lean they are 250 and not close shredded. I totally believe you are strong nice guy, but you have about 200lbs of fat on you brother. Im telling you this in nicest way, not to hurt.

I guarantee you will feel and look much better if you get to below 300lbs at least and your penis will thank you as well.

My doctor wants me to get my bf% done in the underwater thing I may do that from the waist down I have no fat. Viens popping out my calves and legs. Sorry I did not have a chance to post a pic I had a few mixed drinks (Tennessee whiskey mixed with wild turkey honey) last night to help with a sprain ankle pain and fell asleep. I do understand I am fat I also under stand I and thanks guys for being honest. I am loosing weight the more I loose the bigger I look muscle wise and the bigger my little friend looks.

Thinking you have no fat on lower part of your body at 440lbs is completely disillusional tho. (my obese grandma had veins all around her legs and calves man, that doesnt mean anything)
Most obese people have pretty muscular legs and huge calves (as that part has to be muscular to carry that shitload of weight around).

Still cant wait for the 7,5 x 7 penis pics (i kinda think you measured this in centimetres, not inches)
