Newbie Routine Questions....

Jst want to make sure im doin everything right since i jsut started. Just a few questions...


Stretching : The stretching to the right and the left, is it actually horizontally to the right and left, or is it keep stretching down and towards the right/left...?

Jelq: Sometimes i find myself getting to full erection at some points. Should i continue with the exercise, or back off for a minute and wait till its redced to about 80% again..?

Kegel Workout: I remember reading somwhere about a similar workout, but it involed pushing down on the PC muscle. With this exercise, you actually grab the pc muscle, kinda like your pinching it, and squeeze liek that right...?

Stretching can be done either way, but if you want to stick exactly to the newbie routine it's down and left/right.

I wouldn't do any erect work until you've been Penis Enlargementing for at least a month. Wait until it goes down some.

You don't grab the muscle. You flex it, like the way you stop the flow of urine by flexing that muscle. It's like working your abs. You flex them.
