Newbie Q’s - injury&traveling

I’m excited to be going down this road of PE. Thank you to all the OGs in here that post their gains. It really is motivating to see the results. I have 2 questions.

1. I believe I got a minor thrombosed vein while doing my SSJs. A vein on the dorsal part is a little swollen. Maybe got a little overzealous in the squash. It had some pain so I stopped for the night. How long should I wait to recover from this? Is there anything I can be doing in the meantime?

2. I’ll be going on a few short trips coming up. So I wanted to know what travel routines would be good to incorporate? I won’t be bringing my bathmate pump and I’ll be around family/friends so I gotta keep it low key.

Welcome to the brotherhood and the wonderful world of PE, you won’t regret this when you start gaining and seeing your penis getting longer and thicker. It’s quite addicting.

Never had a thrombosed vein myself I believe, though I would think about a weeks time off should be enough, at least that’s what I think I have heard mentioned on here before when others had the same injury.

When it comes to travelling and having no privacy to do PE just do some piss-pulls everytime you go pissing, just stretch it then for as long as you can and maybe even get some light jelqing in as well after the pulls.

Also you could just get up about 30-60 mins earlier than the others and do a stretching and jelqing routine, that way you’re set for the day and don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day.

Here is how I do my SSJ. I get myself erect to at least 80% to 100% and then I do an OK grip at the base. I start using the other hand as an OK grip on the glans to push out the blood till I get to right beneath the glans. Once the second OK grip gets to right beneath the glans, I release the OK grip at the base to let blood out of the penis and while doing this, the OK grip beneath the glans is still intact.

Once the blood in the penis has been reduced, I clamp the base with the OK grip and start compressing both hands together.

I think thrombosis vein is caused by too high level of erection when doing SSJ.

Thank you for the reply, I’ve already seen some initial gains.
I’ll have to sideline my member for the week tho which sucks, but it just shows that this is 100% not a sprint.

Those tips are helpful, I appreciate the advice

So the swelling came down a lot by this morning, maybe it was just a popped blood vessel. Not too sure.

Okay I’ll have to try it that way. I’m really focusing on my girth, that’s what I care most about. So getting the SSJ right is key. Thank you brotha

The video didn't specify that 70% to 75/80% erection is what is needed for SSJ. We need to redo the video.

I have felt electric shocking pains numerous times during the course of doing SSJ with 90 to 100 percent erection.

I put a text in the video as well, to make it more clear about the erection level you need for SSJ's.
