Newbie/intermediate routine

Hi, i would say that i was not an expert of pe, but i do know quite a bit and have been doing it for ages. I was wondering if some one could write me a quite intensive routine but not too intensive which incorparates quite a lot of girth, but not missing out the length too. It would be much appreciated if you could help. thanks.
