im new here, came on here awhile ago researching tight foreskin etc, but im cut now and have been for 8 months.

Im really interested and keen to start a very consistent routine.
im on uni break for 3 months and would like to use this time to really make a routine stay consistent for when i go back.

Just wondering i read DLDs first routine, and am very keen on it
just with the stretches i am after a possible tutorial or video tutorial as i dont fully understand how to do all the stretches correctly, i understand jelqing, how ever what are left, right jelqs etc?
thanks so much, also any recommendations to gain girth and better erection quality, keep in mind i have no products yet and would like to start just manually

This is a basic stretch : View attachment 30689

basic strech to the left - you do the same thing but you strech the penis in the left side,not straight like the guy in the picture is showing.
right-same thing stretch to the right
up-same thing you stretch up and so on

left / right jelqs are the same thing as the streches..you dont jelq straight out , you jelq in the left or the right side.

If you want to focus more on girth you should try jeqling,slow squash jelq is another really good exercise for girth ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12795-dld-slow-squash-jelq-official-thread-end-all-girth-exercise.html ) you can see here how its done and shit...also is very important what you do after the workout...read the SRT its going to help you
