Alright, I finally decided I want to start doing these excercises and taking it seriously. I've been talking to my friends about it for like a month or 2 but just keep putting off getting on this website and getting some excercises and routines... I printed of DLD newbie routine and will start tonight. I am currently 5.7 inches long and not sure of my girth I've never measured that... Doing the newbie excercises every night with maybe 1 day off a week how long will it take for me to see any results? Also I was wondering. If I get to a point where I want to stop will I need to continue the excercises as maintainance to keep my size or can I just quit and maintain the size I have gained? Thanks guys.. Nice site by the way I looked for something like this for a long time.

yeah, we have lived next door to each other since diapers.. ofcourse i talked to them about it. haha... So how much time will i be lookin at to see some growth? Also.. on the jelqing to i come up right under the head and quit? or do i jelq all the way to the dip of my dick?
 
Jelq to the head(not over it), in the beginning you should to them kind of quick. And after some time passes do them slower and more intense.
I myself aint no jelquer, im more of an stretcher and a ulier :)

Should probably see some sort of results fairly soon. I believe I gained .25-.5" within 1 month of starting the newbie routine, but it varies for everyone.

And as far as Penis Enlargement being permanent, you will have to do a maintenance routine for a little while after you hit your goal in order to "cement" it, but only like a few months and then you can be done if you like. Although many of us get addicted. :D

You should measure your girth ASAP because if you don't you'll never know just how much you've gained. Also, what are your goals?
 
Well.. Being at 5.7 length now... I'm shooting for 7 to 8" in length anywhere in that area would be great.. I am hoping to do it within a year but I dont really see that happening after reading through here.. Any tips or advice from u guys would be great also
 
thanks guys... I have a question about the warm down... When i do the warm down session do i get a warm rag again? im kinda confused about that part
