so my goal is 9 im a 8.2 already i been doing stretching sense last week im looking to get thickness to is this the right way type this in youtube Jelquing - How To Jelq Step by Step - The Best Jelquing Routine (Exercise in Video)
i wanna know if i can do it with one hand to and i wanna know how many times a day i should do it how many reps and how many times a week
 
I dont know but if u check the SRT is suggested to do 300 jelqs the first 2 weeks and increase to 600 after the first 2 weeks....
 
Check SRT.
If you want thickness do Jelqs, slow squash jelqs, and uli's.
If you want length stretch in every direction as told by SRT, do __________ stretch and increase time you hold each stretch over time.

Well then don't do the other stuff just focus on the beginner guide for 5-6 months. After that add more advanced stuff

SRT does start at a newbie level and is just as good as using the Newbie Routine. the beginning portions of SRT are building a basic foundation. It is later on when the intensity grows (along with the penis :))

You can always add in bundle stretches, a way to exhaust the PC muscle, Uncle Jims and a cock-ring in your newbie routine and you got a SRT-base to it :)!
Start out simple...

Things can be added and taken away, be sure to study the SRT routine as this will teach you so much about what we do here. So whatever routine you choose you will want to ease into it over a few weeks. Add intensity, exercise and tools as needed.
 
i found a page that said to do 50 jelqs a day im doing that so i can get used to it but im having trouble i tried it and i dont think i did it right

Explain thoroughly how you did this.
 
keep working on it try lube/no lube figure out the right technique for yourself. the bathmate is a great tool that will also teach you to give yourself expansion and is a great combo with jelqing/ulis
 
dry im new i dont think a pump is worth it for me sense my goal is small imma 8.2 and wanna get to 9 and i just want more thickness

If you are only looking for girth I recommend the 5x5x3 program in SRT. This will bring girth gains fastest and it may even bring you to the 9" length you want.
 
im new tho thats alot to read i had seen a page that said to do 50 reps of jelqs a day 2 on 1 off routine but im doin only stretching

try doing it lubricated or with water in the shower, that helps way better than dry. Dry can cause skin problems
