First post and introduction, excited to join the Brotherhood and to learn from all the pioneers of PE that are here in the MOS community. I've been creeping the posts for weeks trying to absorb as much as I can, but I know I have much to learn on this journey.

I started seriously looking in to improving my manhood in May of last year when I went whiskey dick on my wife during an out of town date weekend. It was a shot to my confidence as I never had performance issues in the past. Still working through a lack of confidence and want to present her with a dick I am proud of.

I got a bathmate Hydromax7 in June and have been using consistently 5-6 days a week with some small gains in length and girth. Stumbled across MOS when looking for better pump routines, and now I believe I can get to a length and girth I have always wanted after all the success stories here.

I have been following DLDs Newbie manual stretching routine the last couple weeks along with girth work of jelq and pumping. I also just received my SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger in the mail yesterday and plan to work towards SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory with high intensity stretching after manual stretches each day for a few hours, followed by low intensity ADS to cement gains.

Gave up drinking in August last year after two decades of it controlling me, and I am committed to gaining confidence in myself that isnt of the liquid courage kind!

I'm open to any questions, suggestions or feedback on my above planned routine and look forward to sharing results over the coming months and years.

My suggestion is to have everything structured. Write exactly what you are doing, and always use a timer when you perform Penis Enlargement. With a timer you can stretch evenly, and also do Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) optimally.

My reccommendation is to have a specific physical notepad where you wrire everything down with a pen. In this way you can see what you are doing, and optimize your program for fastest gains possible.
Also my suggestion is to optimize your program for your life situation.

Great point at writing everything down. Up to now, it's all been screen shots I have taken on my phone from the routines posted here. I reference them before starting and use my phone to time.

Currently waking up an hour early each day to do stretching after a warm up in the shower, and doing girth at night before bed.

Any issues with breaking up stretch and girth work between morning and night?

Now that I have a SS2, I will wear it during the day to stay elongated before girth at night. Today is day two of this routine. Right track I hope?
