New to pumping

Hi. I'm fairly new to pumping . I bought myself a rechargeable cordless 2.5 inch penis pump awhile ago. I have used it a few times. Recently I have been doing it 5 days a week.

In automatic mode my pump starts at lowest 30kPa, 40kPa, 45kPa, max 50kPa. I start off low for a few short rounds (2-5 minutes). I slow increase to its max. I'll take 1-3 rest days in a week.

What uP a pressure should I use and for how long per each set? I found out that if I keep it to less then 5 minutes of good steady vacuum the blooning stays low.

After making 1-2 days off, the next pumping session I can feel all of my penis cells being stretched and expanding due to very good vacuum pump .

So far my results are a 1/4 inch increase in girth.
Do you have any other good tips or advice?

Well 50kPa is 15hg which is significant pressure I think in the neighbourhood of bathmate extreme series. I think good advice is stay consistent pump every day should give better gains.

Welcome to the forum! I like the sound of your routine and I can suggest another one that you might really like which is called SRT . You’ll find an exercise there called the Bathmate 5×5×3 . This exercise brings girth so much faster than any other method. You can try to do it with your pump and see if you have a good post workout gains.
