What's the best program to go with if i bought the MOS Penis Enlargement Line?

And I plan on buying the Bathmate and SizeGenetics later on, after trying out the MOS Penis Enlargement Line.

Follow the Phases as they are written! The Phases are an exact mirror of my workouts over the last decade. As far as natural, hands on effort goes, there is no better program than Matters of Size. Incorporating your future tools is also a very easy integration. When you are ready let me know and I will help you through these changes.

The membership is great to have, all the videos are there, any time you need to check up on any of the exercises they are easily accessible. You can't go wrong for a one time fee of $50.

I agree, the first thing men should grab is the MOS Website or DVD, it is the best way to learn the right way.

im confused about the sets!!!
for example, would i do 3 sets Behind The Cheeks to the Left for 30-seconds, 3 sets Behind The Cheeks to the Center for 30-seconds etc...
or is what you have listed straight forward; meaning do i just do the following once:

Behind The Cheeks

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

please do let me know so i can proceed with the program...
Thanks

You can start with one set each and work your way up to 3 sets if it is too much. Spend a week in one set and add a set each week until you are at three.

I just did 3 sets of each for my first time. I am really motivated and it doesn't take that much of your time. For those who are thinking about doing this, pull hard but if it's too painful, you need to ease up.

P.S. Shave your pubes.

The MoS YouTube Channel keeps getting taken down, I used to watch a lot of the videos there a few years back when it was still up, it taught me many good stuff.

It will be up in the next few weeks. After this ban I decided to wait to start the new channel until I have the product line in place and the free site enacted. I will start to upload basic videos on exercise to establish the channel in the next few days. The name of the channel and youtube address is: http://www.youtube.com/user/AlphaBladeMOS?feature=guide. Please feel free to join and spread the link to help repopularize the channel. It will give me the opportunity to make better videos so I am excited.

When it comes to jelqing, what should I do after 4 weeks? Is it OK if I continue to do 600 jelqs per day, or should I keep bumping it up every few weeks?

You will want to get everything out of jelqing before changing exercises. Keep pressing intensity and time until you reach a plateau and then progress to Phase 2 or a more intense routine.

I know this thread is pretty much dead so my bad for posting here but I searched and didn't find anything on it; do you have to be hard to do the behind the cheeks, up, down, out stretches? I know you're supposed to for the jelq but I wasn't sure about those.

No, Behind the CHeeks are done while completely flaccid (soft). Never feel bad for posting a question anywhere, if you need help we are here.

Yes it is. A good soreness would be normal. I always felt an internal soreness if you will.

Yes, that is normal and it can last into 4-6 weeks after starting. After this it will not happen as much but expect it when you step up your training or add new intense exercises. Soreness is like the soreness you would get in the gym but there should be no pain, only a dull soreness.

Okay...thanks,yea it's jus dull soreness, mostly at the base tho......i think tht was caused by the stretching.....btw I can do jelqs when I'm Fully erected right?

As they say. No pain, no gain. Or pain is pleasure.
