Hey everyone, I'm new here and have limited experience with Penis Enlargement.( I played around for 2 weeks and stopped when I didn't see any results.) This is the first forum I have actually sat down and read about it and realized you will only see the results you want over time. Stupid me, I should've known because I've lifted weights almost my whole life. Anyway, I'm starting off with DLD's newbie routine in the newbies forum today and wanted to keep my progress and routines on the board for help and insight along the way(and support :) you guys are definitely great in that dept. from what I've seen.
I'm gonna measure monthly as I think it will surprise me rather than frustrate me by measureing every week. Here are my starting stats:

NBPFL 3.75
BPFL 4.00
BPFLS 7.25 (I think I did this right, just seems like alot)
FG 4.0
NBPenis EnlargementL 6.0
BPenis EnlargementL 6.5
EG 5.5

I would like to reach at least 8x6.5 but if I can exceed it that would be nice. Also I would like my girth to be relatively uniform along the entire shaft as right now I wider @ midshaft than @ the base. Any excercises I could do to help with that?

Welcome to MOS DOG13!!!

I'm a newbie myself to this place, some great ppl here, very supportive and helpful. You couldn't of picked a better place to start your Penis Enlargement journey IMO.
If you haven't become a paying member yet, do it. The theory and practical are great, and the support vids make the Penis Enlargement clear as day!

Yeah man, welcome. I've been a member of several Penis Enlargement sites and this one is by far the best. You'll definitely see gains if you follow DLD's routines and listen to the vets here.

As for the girth issue, if I read that right you are thicker midshaft than you are at the base. One good way to increase base girth is hanging . I think lig stretching would likely have the same effect, but to a lesser degree. Maybe one of the more experienced guys can chime in here.

Anyway, welcome! And good luck. Don't skip the PC exercises no matter what!

Thank you 9cyclops9, I won't skip the PC excercises. I do them throughout the day while I'm out & about.

I was actually going to do one later today after my Penis Enlargement session, shagged like animals Saturday night!!! rofl

Sorry for not replying to you earlier DLD, I had alot of crap going on in my life so I haven't had much time on the computer. I have however been keeping up with Penis Enlargement. I found a new reason to Penis Enlargement, STRESS RELIEF. (I just got divorced and moved 3000 miles away. I have gained .5 in NBP length but no midshaft girth gains yet. I feel comfortable enough now that I've started RED's constrictor workout. I've only been doing it for a few days. We'll see what happens in a month. Funny thing though, I look thicker than I did before I started. It could be harder erections and a gain in base width since I feel my skin get tight when I'm @ 100% erect. Well, I'll update in a few weeks. Until then. BE Safe.

I threw in the base eg this time 'cause I had a wider midshaft when I started.

I am so sorry about the crap you are dealing with but I am so happy you found refuge in Penis Enlargement. I too use my Penis Enlargement to deal with stress, as a matter of fact, if I don't get some Penis Enlargement in daily I don't feel right. Looking forward to your update and Godspeed!

your BPFSL is larger because when you are erect some of it is used for girth which makes your BPenis EnlargementL shorter than your BPFSL

Mine is the same right now (bpfsl and bpel) When I was hanging , my flaccid stretched was a little longer.
