Hi

i have been reading the board for some time and decided to take the plunge. i am desperate for gains in length and have the following routine:-

5 min warmup
30min stretch
500 jelq
100 kegal

as you can see from my sig, i am starting out small. i aim to measure on the 1st of each month to track my progress. could you please advise on the routine and if it should be changed?

That looks like a pretty complete beginner routine. Looks like you're in a hurry. It's only been 10 days since you started so don't expect immediate gains. Your penis has to get used to Penis Enlargementing first before making gains. But I'm no expert so I'll let the pros do the talking.

If you really are as you said "desperate" for length gains....I would drop the jelqing for now, and focus more on stretching . That could be another 20-30+ minutes you could be stretching for. Could make a big difference.

stillwantmore i thought jelqing with 50-60 erection also helped length gains?

although my primary goals are length i also want to increase my girth, i dont really fancy a long skinny member.

I have heard the same thing. But, no matter how you jelq it is still more of a girth exercise than for length . Stretching is much better at focusing on length . It's a direct approach.

I completely agree with still, here. While jelquing may and probably does pose a small benefit to length gains, it can't possibly compare to the gains that could be attained from stretching and/or hanging . Jelqing is primarily a girth exercise, and should be considered as such.

so what are the best stretch exercises for a newbie . i am currently just manual stretching five ways, holding each stretch for 30 secs.

if you recommend a stretch can you point me to a good link please

We're all different. I say experiment and see what works best for you. My best length gains were during the first two weeks of Penis Enlargement'ing and during that time I ONLY jelqued. I also gained no girth during those 2 weeks.

To this day, most of my routine is jelqing (~30 min). Just letting you know, I found that jelquing was, and still is, very effective for me.

However, I really can never know if I would have gained more, if I had just stretched from day 1. You never know.

ive gained about 2 inches in length while doing little to no streaching. jelqing, in my opinion, is the best beginner exercise you can do.

Girth compliments length as length compliments girth. I think an equally demanding length & girth routine is the wisest choice to making overall gains. People gain at different rates using different techniques but I have found for myself that when I cover every area of exercise with a solid routine I make my best overall gains. The NEWBIE workout is a great place to start.
