Already kinda introduced in the New member intro. section, but see this is the charter Intro. thread,...but hey, looks like a fun grab bag in any case :) - Been doing some light stretching and edging mostly the past few months or more, semi consistent while researching on various kinds of PE, so just adopted mostly some of the basic stretches and 'science' behind PE, creatively finding what works for me, - i discovered I had already been doing a kind a natural 'clamping' with my own hand when edging and posing for hard cock pics, as I'm kind of a photo enthusiast doing some erotic pics and showing off cock on some dating apps, ����/sex-related forums and cock-pic sites, so have some years under me in doing cock pics more in the male erotica-vein. Thanks to DLD for his basic newbie and length routine, which is most logical as far as basics go. I've avoided bundle stretches, but trying them but 'lightly' before basic stretches, and will experiment with the erect twisting/stretching, which i've never done before. I've only done some hand clamping at base when edging and fully hard, this also makes the cock engorge and appear much larger for erotic cock pics and profiling.

Since i have sensitive skin and not wanting too much damage to my organ, have also avoided jelqing and pumps, although these could probably assist if careful with, just like other devices in the MOS store here. Just being a bit careful, although I could probably increase some 'intensity' with the exercises.

I am a young 60 years old, been married 41 years and we are still very sexually active. I have never had any problems (or complaints) with size or performance until about 3 years ago when I had a couple of heart attacks and bypass surgery. The meds that they put me on caused some ED or LDS (Limp Dick Syndrome). I fixed the problem with those magic Blue Viagra Pills and for about 2 years and all was OK. About 6 months ago I noticed that my penis was starting to curve up about 1 inch back from the head and now it has more than a 45 deg bend when erect and has lost 1-2 inches in length due to the curve. Everything I read says that surgery is about the only thing to do but that it is very risky and shortens your penis even more. Does not seem to be a good option. So I am going to try the SizeGenetics.

I am trying this contraption and my first problem is that the audio on the instructional DVD is defective. Is it available online??? The second is that when i tighten it down tight enough not to slide off, the head gets very red and I am afraid that I am cutting off blood supply. Any advice?

If we can chat about the issue here maybe we can get you back to straighter and gain your length back, Almost 20 years ago I got Peyronies disease and the damaged penile shaft was from a crude and "rough" urologist when I had kidney stones. I was devastated and came to DLD and MOS for help and over the years have gained my length lost back and gained both in length and girth. I still have a curve but it is advantageous to my sex life. Welcome to Moss SP and we want to help you if we can. My advice is to get you penis "in shape" and then these things you are a big hesitant to do will come naturally. By being in shape, the penis is very versatile if you give it a chance to become used to what you are doing with it. Maybe gently at first but it can handle more than you think! Jelqs are one of the most basic things that will get you schlong in shape. Pushing blood into the cells not only expands the cells, make them more healthy with the increased blood and hence oxygen. Erect Jelqs will give you more help at first than most everything else. You say you are sensitive,so a good lube is important. You should find something that works for you. Coconut oil is easy on your skin and helpful to keep from chafing. One of the best ways I can help you is for you to ask questions and let me answer with ideas and suggestions. Welcome aboard!

I wonder how effective the new SiliStretcher would be for Peyronie’s disease? Maybe you can correct that last bit of curve you have. Do you want to do a trial and see if we can correct further? I am now committed to PE exercises to increase confidence. I ordered a tool to assist in jelqing (Power J Gym). Originally, I did not practice stretches prior to jelqing. I am appreciative of the supportive online brotherhood I found here. I also ordered a Sizegenetics prior to finding the SRT program. It is my plan to slowly order devices to follow the SRT program. However, I am currently following the newbie program while incorporating SRT principles. I have started experimenting with CR and wish to order silisleeve next.

10-15 min warm up with electric heating pad.
I complete the beginner stretches followed immediately by 20 min of the power j gym jelqs before placing on a CR.

I was wondering what would be a good cool down regimen after the manual exercises listed above?

I will have my size genetics tomorrow night and would use this to continue stretching and heal in an extended state. I think my next tool with be the length master to enhance my one-handed stretching.
What is the advantage of a pump (like the mity vac)? Should a beginner pumper start with a foolproof system, such as the bath mate?

I appreciate your guidance!

Welcome my brother and some very good questions and I’ll be very glad to answer. I really like that using a heating pad after your training this is probably the best warm down or warm up you can do. The tools that you already have play a major part in SRT the only tools so you do not have or the SiliStretcher and the Mityvac. As far as a beginners pump, there’s no such thing. Start with the Mityvac and finish with the MityVac.

I would ask you to try to do most of the SRT routine with what you have. If you need help writing that into your routine I can do that for you. Let me know what you think and have a nice Easter

I have been gathering information from the mos sites and have purchased all of the items I need to complete full routines including most of the kit for srt when I complete my beginners routine. I wanted to do this to encourage myself to fully complete a beginners routine then a minimum of 3-6 months srt. I will upload starting starts and progress as I go along. You guys here really are a huge inspiration

I ordered the sleeves and cock rings from your site to start and when I start phase 2 I will get the power assist since on phase 1 I believe it’s not needed, unless I’m wrong.

I’m average size but like us all her I’m looking to grow from a 7X5 to a 9X6. Is that a realistic gain. I know DLD has gained more but he may be the exception not everyone is a bill gates, not everyone is DLD so I’ll be happy with a 9X 6.

Praise the Lord not everyone’s DLD! What a crazy world that would be! Listen my brother I’m nothing special just had really obsessive training habits. I literally trained every day all day long so my gains are because of the amount of work I put in. I had the luxury of having all the time I needed and total privacy so this was a big benefit for me. But like I said I’m nothing special if I could do it anybody can, they just need to put in that crazy hard-core work!
 
Hello, Thank you for the introduction. I have recently begun investing in penis enlargement equipment. I currently own a phallosan forte and Bathmate X40. I am looking to buy a MITYVAC HYDROVAC PENIS PUMP SYSTEMS and the LENGTHMASTER 2.0 PENIS STRETCHER this week. I have not done any penis enlargement prior to the last month. My baseline stats without using a pump or equipment are: 35 y old with
14.5 cm penis girth using measuring tape at centre of shaft and 18.5 cm length not pressing into the bone.
I would like to increase my girth to 18 cm and length to 23 cm over the long term.
That would be a 20% increase in girth and a 20% increase in length from baseline.

I have about 3-4 months free where I have the time to focus on my routine completely this summer, then I will have to focus on maintenance and slowly growing but I won't have the time to focus fully on it.

My first question is what size chamber for the Mityvac should I buy based on 14.5 cm girth? I do not like the huge chamber in my Bathmate 40x, so for my mityvac I want a tighter diameter however I still want to work girth using the mity vac so I can't go super tight.

And using the 4 pieces of equipment above is there a best routine for someone looking to get a few cm safetly using those 4 pieces?

Hello my brother and thank you for the questions. Right off the bat I can put you in the right direction by saying the best routine for what you want to do is SRT. XRT utilizes the tools that you will soon have. For the most part it’s advised to use these three tools :

The Lengthmaster
The SiliStretcher
The Mityvac

But the routine can be created around other equipment also.

As far as sizing goes in other aspects you want to know about the mighty that I direct you to this page which explains everything you could possibly want to know.


Over a 4 to 5 months. If you follow SRT, keep the intensity up and take advantage of every moment you can I guarantee you you can make the gains you want to make. I made a 2 inch gain in my first six months! Where there’s a will there is away. But I make it even easier, just follow SRT and you will make those gains.

You may also want to take advantage of the SRT special where you save almost $400 to get the entire package of everything you could possibly ever need to do SRT. Check it out below;

DLD already answered pretty much all there is to say. :)

Regarding the cylinder sizing, as you have the X40 and don't like the huge chamber of it, I would go for either 1.75" or 2" diameter cylinder. I'd see 2" being a bit more viable option. 2.25" is close to X40 diameter to my best memory anyway.

Hey just joined! I'm looking to commit to a daily routine of manual jelqing , Kegels, and manual stretching . Started doing a routine of:
  • 5min warmup with towel
  • 2x 30second stretch to the right
  • 2x 30second stretch to the left
  • 2x 30second stretch down
  • 2x 30second stretch to the up
  • 100 jelqs forward
  • 100 jelqs to the right
  • 150 jelqs to the left (I have an curve to the right)
  • 100 Kegels (in sets of 20)
  • 2x 30second stretch to the right
  • 2x 30second stretch to the left
  • 2x 30second stretch down
  • 2x 30second stretch to the up
My starting measurements are 6.25 inches BPEL, 5 inches girth. I'd like to get to around 7inches in length, and 5.25 in girth. Any recommendations of modification to that routine? And how long would it take to reach that goal/is it realistic? Any input is welcome!
Looking forward to making some progress, and happy to be part of the community.
