Yeah, this is a good one, I still use it. I posted on this one very similar several months ago and DLD asked the same from me. Didn't have a way to lay it out and was too busy at the time. It is a modified A-Stretch setup with your hands using your thumb as a fulcrum point. The rolling not only places stress on the tunica from the thumb but it also hits at the base pulling at the ligs and kegal muscle. Just named it new exercise too.Originally posted by playa7
Ok, try this:
With your right hand grab your penis right under the glans with an OK-grip (thumb pointing to the body)
Put the thumb of your left hand UNDER the penis and the fingers OVER the fingers of the right hand.
Now roll both hands downwards and stretch out.

well, I think you would be even more confused if I draw it... :s But I´ll try...Can you send me a sketch or pic? I will do an illustration if you like. I'm having a hard time imagining the position.
