Anyone tried this yet? Can this hanger hold like 20+ lbs. for longer periods of time? I would love to hear some feedback and maybe even see a video of this in action.

I'm becoming more and more intrested in getting a vacuum hanger but I'm just not sure about them yet. LG hanger seems high quality but kind of expensive, and that whole thing about how you have to give an exact measurement or else it won't work sounds stupid as hell. What if you grow out of it? That's like $400 down the
Honestly if you're looking to hang up to that kind of weight I would go with the LG Hanger. Not knocking this silistretcher but the LG is the best vacuum hanger on the market and has the best design and sleeves around. Keep in mind it could take a year or two to reach that weight depending on where you're at right now. I made most of my gains in the 8 to 15 lb range which I believe this stretcher can achieve.

Whats your current length size now?

What brings you to that conclusion?

Based on 20 years of working with every PE device available, at the end of the day what we learned it's about what's most comfortable and simple for the end user for long term use. I myself had an LG and it is a great robust vacuum hanger but their sleeves are stiff like garden hoses and not something that can be worn for lengthy time. The most gains we've seen reported throughout 20 years are long moderate tension sessions, not short heavy sessions but ymmv.

That's precisely what makes their sleeves better. It's less elastic and able to keep its shape, less likely to have a vacuum leak and have a longer lifespan. However their sleeves are more expensive. More elastic sleeves do have other uses though. The ability to monitor and be in control of vacuum levels beyond feel is another mark for the LG in my book.

The silistretcher appears to be a great innovative idea for an ADS and light to medium hanger. I don't see it being able to consistently, comfortably and safely hang up to and over 20 lbs at this stage though, but as you mentioned that's not really needed for gains.

It's a new setup and I'm sure improvements will be made. 15 years into PE and dedicated vacuum and traditional hanger here. I offer my honest opinion.

I am very excited to see it though and am awaiting to hear the user's feedback. I would like to know do ya'll offer to sell just the leg strap? Looks really well made.

The belt that comes with the Silistretcher is actually 2 pieces. It can be a belt worn around the waist or you unvelcro half the belt and then it becomes a leg strap below the knee.

I haven’t used the knee strap very much, but that is just me I prefer the belt around the waist or using the Silistrap worn with the penis point the in the up position.

You have a SiliStretcher to compare?

Not yet, I'll probably snag me one after a while

I don’t think we’ve had a comparison to the LG hanger yet so this will be a very good review. Thanks for being involved at this level I truly appreciate it.
