You must have a Hole in the Sleeve and are loosing Vacuum..Check for Pinholes..Blow up the Sleeve a little like a baloon and check for leaks..Your Glans are not suppose to drop out of the cylinder..

This is not the correct way to use it.

Your penis is not in the suction cup, and has retracted so much, that its hanging on by the attachment of the sleeve to the SS.

If you continue to hang like this, you will tear the sleeve, probably get injured.

You should not have a hole in the sleeve at such an early stage.

Ensure the glans, is fitted into the suction cap, it needs to be snug in that space.
Do not allow a stretch until you are securely fitted.

If you have having problems, for whatever reason with fitting, please let us know on here.

You will need to buy a new one if its your negligence that caused the damage, otherwise, MoS will send you a replacement.

No pinholes. I reviewed the video again. The glans was in the cylinder when I started hanging. The weight pulled it out. If I pick the weight up again it goes right back into the cylinder where it was.

Mine was the exact same when I hung 2.5 pounds today. I think you may need to try without using the SiliCap.

I would propose that a video is created on how to do the exercises properly with an actual penis. I think this would help tremendously for us as clients.

I will preface this with I have been an Alt PE guy most of my life, I used to have a forum here dedicated to it. I have always preferred a way to stretch with a technical device, mainly due to the technical nature of it. Being able to stretch consistently with the most hours, is, in my opinion...

The sleeves slide over the SiliStretcher just as how it shipped. You have 4 sleeves total and one SiliCap.

@Lightning was wondering are the measurements of the SiliStretcher's themselves 1.1", 1.5", and the 2" are those measurement outside diameter or inner diameter

okay, I swapped the silisleeve out and got 5lbs working as expected. I looked closer at the silisleeve and it has a couple of weak spots in it. No pinholes but weak spots...

When I pull or stretch the sleeve they get real thin.
