Am new to devices, but have been jelquing close to four years. Former routines came from a book on a different site. Am almost starting from scratch with some of the ideas and routines I'm seeing here. Am wanting to work my way through the five phases, starting with the first of DLD's routine, then SRT. From what I've gathered here, some like to do length in the morning, and girth in the evening. I do have the 40x Bathmate, and will incorporate it. Would love to see some opinions on the following routine:

MORNING:

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing
For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs
after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs
After Jelq: Warm Down
PC Muscle Fitness
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete. (From DLD)

EVENING:

Shower after coming in from gym.
Bathmate for five to seven minutes
Slow squash jelq for five minutes
Repeat for three sets of Bathmate, and three sets of slow squash jelquing.
100 quick kegels, followed by 50 slow kegels at end of routine

Morning and evening routines to be done three to four days a week.
 
Have you only been doing jelqs? No stretches at all? If so that routine is good for you.
 
Bundled stretches before length and girth for 3-5minutes

And don't forget to do RKs and kegels, especially while doing your routine

I love this routine, you have incorporated parts of SRT into the Phase 1 (newbie routine) which is exactly what I did when I started. I like that you are getting all the major stretches in with the jelqing but what impresses me more is the evening session that is right out of the SRT play book. I love dual day routines (2 in a day)l. For those who can handle it is is the fastest way to gain.

There are 3 additions I would like you to incorporate:

1. Bundled Stretches before any workout (2.5 minutes to the right, 2.5 minutes to the left).
2. Do 10 minutes of erect stretching at least once per week. This will help cement new gains.
3. Incorporate a set of Expressive Stretches into your stretching routine.

Aside from that you are looking great. Need any help just ask, we are here for you. I will check in everyday to make sure you are doing a good job :)

Sorry. Rushing from work.. Anyhow, started at 7.1" x 5"
Currently 8.2" and a sad 5.4"

Started stretching and jelquing almost four years ago. Never really pushed hard, hence only a little over an inch in length, and small amount of girth. Two to three days a week of stretching, and wet jelquing.

Thanks! Been doing kegels for 20+ years. Am a Tantric Practitioner, and yes, worked my way to the internal orgasm. Sounds like I've already been doing a reverse kegel with breathing exercises. On exhale, I'll blow out hard, then push hard. Can feel it at perineum, rectum, and almost an urge to pee. Lmk if that technique sounds right, and I'll start focusing more heavily on it. I tremendously appreciate the help! Also, are there any demonstration videos here showing the bundled stretches, as well as others? I'm such a visual learner. As for the dual routines per day, when I was a competitive bodybuilder, those were my best gains by far. Would train such as back in morning, then biceps in evening; chest in morning, then triceps in evening, etc., Again, thanks!
