Hey, DLD Thanks for the help on my new Routine, but I shortened it up a bit.

I am really satisfied with new Routine but its a lot different from the other routine we originally created. Tell me what you guys think? As of right now I am taking measurements.

Hot Wrap (Warm Up)
5-10 Minutes.

Exercise#1. -Bundled Stretch.
3 Repetition Of 10 Sets For 2 Minutes.
Clockwise and Counterclockwise.

Exercise#2. -Basic Stretch.
FROM DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE.

Exercise#3. -The Internal Stretch.
3 Repetition Of 3 Sets For 30 Sec's.

Exercise#4. -Erect Stretch.
3 Repetition Of 5 Sets For 30 Sec's.

Girth Portion.

Exercise#1. -Upward"Erect"Jelqs
20 Minutes.

Exercise#2. -SlowSquashJelqs
30 Minutes.

Exercise#3. -Isolated Compression Squeeze
1 Minute.

Exercise#4. -Erect Kegel Holds
5 Repetition Of 3 Sets For 30 Sec's.

This routine is not intense enough. I'm sure you didn't make gains from it and you have even stopped PE. You need a length master and the mityvac penis pump.
