Hi,

I'm relatively new to PE.

I began in December of 2013. Measurements were the same they are now -

Flaccid - 2 1/2. Circumference - 3 1/2
Erect - 5 1/4. Circumference - 4 1/4

In March of 2014

After use of the Pro Extender (warmup, light stretches) my measurements were pretty much the same -

Erect - 5
BPEL - 5 1/4

Now - after about a month usage of bathmate and pro extender (on and off) I discontinued PE around May.

For me it was the pro extender really. I didn't have the time to constantly "re-strap" and it was a big hassle for me. I also needed to dig a little deeper inside as i wasn't being too consistent with my PE. I could easily DIY the extender to make it more comfortable and incorporate more exercises etc...

but with all the things going on in my life I gave up on it.

So now, after a lot of research I'm planning (what i think is) a good routine.

My measurement on 08/13 was BPEL of 5 1/8 - 5 1/4" (Didn't do the circumference but will do)

I've considered a number of exercises over the course of researching and my experience with PE.

Jelqing seems to be the best but I've been concerned over sensitivity issues. This stems from improper masturbation techniques (using a dry hand for over 10 years - seriously.....how can i expect to climax or keep an erection with friction like that??? lol)

So I've been DESENSITIZING my penis to get used to softer touch, etc....

I don't want jelqing to make my penis less sensitive (since this is a pre existing condition in my case).

Also keep in mind my BPEL is just over 5"...so its really difficult to jelq at all (with such a small "x") I did Day 1 today and watched some light ���� to get a little erection going which really didn't last too long but at 3-4 inches its pretty hard to jelq if you catch my drift (3-4 inches meaning you semi erect or at least at a semi erect length which I've heard you need to be in order to jelq).

Anyway - I came up with this -

(BTW DID DAY 1 TODAY)

DAY 1 -

a)Warm up/Stretches (Warm up with warm cloth, stretch up, down, forward, both sides 30 seconds each)
b)150 LIGHT Jelqs (I'm trying to stay away from them but they seem like the best manual exercises, will stay as light as possible)
c) 10 minutes of Bathmate
d) 200 Kegels (will increase by 100 each week)

DAY 2 -

a) Warm up/Stretches
b) Hanging 4 x 25 minutes

DAY 3 - REST

REPEAT

Keep in mind that when I did my previous PE (besides for the Pro Extender and Bathmate - bathmate being easier since i bathe every day) it was very inconsistent. I'd sit with the pro extender for hours on end each day...but then one day miss it...there was never a "strict routine" and the manual exercises were lacking (kegels and jelqs).

I feel like sticking to a routine like this (REALLY STICKING TO IT) and re evaluating after 3 months - than i can see whats what.

So what do you guys think?
My MAIN concern is the jelqing and the possibility of it making my penis less sensitive - but I see no way around it - otherwise just the bathmate, stretching, and kegels on that day?

As for the hanging, I'm going to DIY my own for now until I save up some cash for a proper one. I'm surprised by the amount of home made hangers!

Anyway, I did Day 1 today - (tapping myself on the back)...so far so good.

Tomorrow I may just do a quick sock hanger until i get to the hardware store.

Your over complicating things just do DLD's newbie routine and you will gain easy!! That's all nothing else except maybe use the extender if you want but you don't have to,it's really that simple
 
Gotcha.
I'd really like to do some hanging (which can be modified to work like an extender with a resistance band) for length. I'm not concerned with much of anything but length to be honest.

As for overcomplicating things I'm trying not to. Besides the hanging it's a pretty basic routine.

And the jelqs are the biggest issue (perhaps the over complication?) But trust me when i tell you after ten plus years of ED associated with lack of sensitivity i do not want to go that route so I'm being extra cautious.

The Newbie Routine is a great place to start or restart as it covers pretty much every place you can make gains with minimal intensity. As you feel able work your way into the SRT Routine where you will be doing more intense exercises and using equipment alongside manual work. The two routines work very well with each other as far as progressive training goes.
 
Save hanging for when you quit growing from manual exercises. Same for clamping.

Today I did my 2nd day of the Newbie routine.
I must say its pretty vigorous and takes a lot longer than I thought.

Feeling pretty good afterwards. Almost got close to ejaculation during jelqing but didn't (even though I wasn't fully erect)...

I don't like the fact that I've gotta watch some ���� for a quick sec to get half way there but hey...what are you gonna do..lol

The stretches are the real killer for me...because the skins dry...

Didn't have any probs whatsoever with the jelqing....

But I must say DLD your recommendation for vaseline is far far better than any other lubrication...

** After the jelqing however I used the bathmate...about a 5-10 minute session.

Then got out of the shower and continued on with the PC portion and finally the Health Massage.

I've been using the bathmate for a while so I don't think it will cause an issue with this regimen.

I've also read conflicting reports of whether you should jelq before or after a bathmate session....I"m jelqing before.

I've read its better this way as the tissue has already expanded so the bathmate has more room to work .... might be wording that incorrectly but you catch my drift.

So I'm following this routine. Going to measure weekly.

So its basically the Newbie routine with the Bathmate thrown in after the jelqs.

It would be smarter Sketch to break up your jelqing session into 5 minute sets followed by 5 minutes in the BathMate and repeat this 3 times. This will make your girth session explode with expansion.
