I did my jelq today, and stretched for nearly 3 hours - high tension (ca 2000g) on the JES

Still slipping out after ca 20min, my cock changes size and slips out. Wrapping pretty tight, but still... I guess that just happens, and restart.. but it hurts 😄

Ease up with the self torture. Make sure to find ways to lessen or improve the pains. Comforts is the key to growth. Pains initiate penile preservation mode. It will not grow.
 
Varies on how I wrap, and how hard I am when wrapping. Working on it.. 👍
 
Status: Tried to use some double wrap techniques, getting a good stretch now with no discomfort. Pulled back foreskin, applied a bit thicker silicone wrap around the bottom of head.

Then wrapped from the middle and up, keeping the skin back... Works much better.

Even after 93hrs stretch I am learning 👍

Careful with jelqing! The only time I got hurt was from jelqing and it was pretty bad.
The slow squash jelq is much more efficient for girth and safe.
But this is just my experience.

As for the extender, my experience is that more tension is not always better. 1.500 gr is ideal.
You can add more time instead of more tension. This is also what most of the studies about extenders say. Low tension and more time.

Slippage was the major problem for me too. 3 things I do, that work for me:

1. Girth work has enlarged my glans. It used to be relatively small, now it is bigger and the silicone noose graps it effectively.
2. I use no wrapping, I only put baby talc under the glans and on the silicone noose, and put a "makeup remover cotton pad" under the noose for comfort. It never slips. I change the pad every day because it wears off.
3. I do 30 min sets of extending. After 30 min I take the extender off, 1 min break and put it on again for 30 min.

Can’t say exactly how long it took as I made the mistake of doing 2-3 months of PE and then quit for several months, on and off. Though I started PE when I was around 25y old(41 now)and made some gains here and there during all these years.

Started out at around 6x5 and now I’m 8x5,3, never worked much on girth though during those years as I focused mainly on length. If I had been consistent I would already have been at 9x6 inches a long time ago. Have managed to stay much more consistent after joining MoS and this time I will not quit until I reach 9x6 and cemented it.

My routine now consists of hanging 3x20mins everyday, extending for 4-6 hours everyday and the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) almost everyday. Have already gained 0,5- 1cm length in about a months time, depending on how good my EQ is.

My goal is to be 9x6 inches come June next year, though hope and think I’ll reach those stats before that time.

Now at 113hrs total, and I have gained lenght since I started.

Adjusted my wrapping procedure by cleaning/degreasing my cock before applying 2 layers of wrap comprising elastic "training rubber bands" cut to fit.

Gettting ca 2hrs a day in now at ca 1500-2000g

Keep it up out there👍🤮

Smart move forward! Wrapping adjustments will definitely allow you to handle more.

One thing I have noticed, my cock is more straight now, never had a super bend upwards but that little bend is now gone.

An hour is plenty of time as long as you using the right exercises. Do you own a lenghtmaster? One hour of lenghtmaster will give twice the gains as stretching alone

The question is, do you want that bend back or keeping it straight as you have now? Slight curve up is good for hitting g-spot, straight is great for a-spot, but girth with straight penis will bit quite a bit of the pleasure spots.

Yes, straight down, straight up, and straight out stretches can lengthen the penis, including curve correction. However, you can also reestablish the curve in any angle you want using the same stretching method. An example, if you want to curve up, as much as a banana or less curve, you can do a power stretches through the intense exercises, and then you can wrap the penis at a slight curve right afterward for the rest of the day. You can even assist it to bend in a different format you want using a flexible PVC, TPE, or hard silicone guide. If you're interested in this, we can assist.

JES extender is just one of the tools. Wearing it alone will not promote the power gain unless you do preliminary stretches using power pulls, like the LengthMaster, to soften up the tissues, break the collagen bonds, and use JES extender right after. The JES extender will offer consistent pressure on the tissues to maximize the gains. The only down side is the bulky size of the JES extender. I have it too. Great for home, but not for on the go. Just like many brothers, we're looking for inconspicuous devices such as the SiliStetcher and Stealth to minimize the amount of bulks in our pants. This can be done with wraps and stronger and stiffer sleeves, but all devices have their benefits and downfalls. Let us know how you want to tackle your needs based on budget, time, and commitment.
